Before buying me individual package I tried Crossover Symmetry at my box and I immediatelly loved it.
I started Crossfit 8 months ago and after about 2 months I faced some shoulder pain. Doing the Crossover Symmetry protocol after the WOD helped me a lot. After some weeks it completelly went away and I stopped doing CS (what a fool I was ...)
2 months ago, the shoulder pain came back and that's why I bought the package to do the protocol at home. Now I wake up in the morning and do the Activation protocol every day.
The results:
- Shoulder pain reduced significantly
- My upper body/shoulder muscles are a lot stronger and defined
- My handstand hold at the wall is a lot more stable (very close to freestanding handstand without dedicated practise)
- Today I managed to do a "Skin-the-Cat"-Routine at the rings
Conclusion:
In my opinion everyone can benefit from Crossover Symmetry. No matter what kind of sports you do. Just asks your friends, familiy, grandparents if any of them have some shoulder issues. You'll be suprised how many of them have or had some issues. By just 5 minutes everyday you can make a big contribution to your shoulder health. I first heard about this product from a fellow coach and friend who works at my gym. He had been using the system for years and said if I wanted to change my shoulder game that I should look into it. I took his advice and literally after the first activation session I felt the difference. 2 weeks later I PR'd my max unbroken muscle-ups, strung together my first parallette HSPU and got 20' into a handstand walk when before I couldn't even go 5' controlled. I could also feel a massage in my upper left back when doing the first exercise (rows) during the first week. It felt like the kink or knot or whatever was stiff in there was getting worked out. All in all this product is a great tool. If you don't mind putting in the extra 10-15 mins of work per day (activation/recovery) it's a great purchase. It'll last for years and is also a great therapeutic tool in case you *knock-on-wood* ever injure one of your shoulders. The hip activation is really good as well, just make sure you get the right resistance level for you!

This program is awesome. It has given me a greater range of motion with consistent strength that I have never had. I started using 7&15 lbs bands but now are using 10&25 with good form within six weeks. It takes time, but the rewards are less stiff necks in the morning and better wellbeing overall. I love the bands. I have recovering from a stem cell procedure to correct a rotator cuff full thickness tear, and a SLAP labrum tear. The bands were a little heavy and tried to order the lighter green to start my rehab, but it was not in stock, so started with the 7 lbs. Everything was going great, and following your protocol, until my follow up appointment yesterday, and it showed that I had completely torn the labrum off and it is floating. So I am heading to surgery asap. Not even sure how I did it. Could have been too heavy of bands too soon, I don’t know. I will get back to the bands as soon as I’m healed post surgery. I use it with my clients at the gym, and my Trainers love them as well. Just wish you would get in that green band, the others are too heavy for some people with shoulders issues or those in physical therepy.

So far so good. I have been using the activation protocol during my warmup up to help with knee issues, and I have also been using it when doing lower weight squat work to help with remembering to push my knees out. My knees have not been hurting, so I am hoping it is helping! It definitely stays put and doesn’t roll like a regular band.

While I love the product and I feel it is helping I think its a little ridiculous not to include all 3 mounting options for the price you are charged. Dont nickle and dime us and just include all 3.

Excellent quality and instructional materials. Considering that most will progress, it might make sense to offer the next step heavier ba da as an add on.

Love this system. I was introduced to this to correct some scapula imbalances and strengthen my shoulders for lifting. So easy to use and versatile.

Hardware is Great. For online Tutorial an App would be great though the Website handling is Not Really comfortable.

Costs a lot. Education should be free.
