I found it difficult to find the right door and space around the door to use the bands. It's rather inconvenient to use. Otherwise, the equipment is good quality and I like the quick reference chart.

I wish I would’ve done this years ago. It’s amazing what using this product has done for my shoulders. I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain for 20 years. Doing the pain program for 4 weeks has totally helped to eliminate the pain. Thank you so much would definitely recommend this to anyone for fixing or preventing shoulder pain.

I am using the system to help my shoulders get stronger to support some injuries I have had in past. My 14 year old is using them as part of his pitching workouts. His coach recommended these specific package. He loves to use them. Thanks.

Good quality. Lots of different exercise possibilities. For the price I think it should come with 3 straps, not 2

Almost a miracle! With 2-4 sessions a week of the Activation programme a lower back issue from swimming has reduced from constant pain to low level pain after gruelling swim sessions. I can not recommend it highly enough.
