I'm a long term user of the Crossover Symetry shoulder system. The improvements in mobility, strength and lack of pain are almost miraculous. I've had the Hip and Core system for two weeks now and just moved from the yellow to the red band. I perfected my form on the yellow band and now with the red I'm feeling the workout. I did not have any hip mobility or pain issues like I did with my shoulders, so don't expect to get the dramatic changes the shoulder system provided, but I trust the trainers at Crossover so expect I'll see unanticipated benefits from this system. Even if I don't, it is a short addition to my morning warm up and can't hurt. Thanks again CS for inventing new ways to keep me healthy and mobile.
