Hip & Core System
It is an awesome system. I got the lower intensity level for my wife after we had our first baby and it has been doing her wonders. We are folowing the program laid and we have definitely been feeling and seeing the results. I highly recommend it to everyone

FACILITY PACKAGE
I was expecting it to come with more than one set. If it cage with another set of anchors you could split the bands up. I wouldn’t call this a facility package.

Hip & Core System
New toys are always fun to add to an exercise routine. My Crossfit coach had us use them and then I bought 4 for my Pilates studio. They are way better than bands because they don’t dig into your skin and hurt. GREAT lower body workout. Just the right amount of tension and stretch in the red bands. Easy to get on and off and fun to be creative with.

Love it! Have had a niggling pain in my right shoulder for months... a few weeks of using the crossover system and the pain has completely gone and my shoulders (both of them actually) feel much more stable.

High quality product shipped super promptly. I bought the Athletic pack with the anchors. No complaints about it at all, except I wish there was an option to pay a few extra dollars for the door belts and rack straps in a complete pack so I can take it to the Box/on the road as well as use at home!

High quality bands. Exactly what I need as a Physical Therapist. Got the wall anchors as well, and while they are pricey they are worth it. You get what you pay for. Very happy I made the purchase and took advantage of the Black Friday deals.

FACILITY PACKAGE
I have my new system attached to a rig in my basement. So far I’ve only used it for shoulder activation and if that’s all I use it for it will be well worth having. I also train in a gym that has Crossover Symmetry Shoulder Systems. After activation, my shoulders are ready for intense work. I’m looking forward to using it for shoulder recovery, strength and mobility. Great investment.
