I am trying to avoid surgery for the ole torn tendon.
Have implemented a physio program which includes band work. I am still doing xfit most days a week but subbing out overhead work.
Having the bands hanging from the pole at home makes it easy to knock out a few exercises each day. A very simple system to use , and comfortable.
I have noticed quick gains in shoulder strength and mobility but I am a long way out from saying it’s fixed. The pain is almost non existent now which was my first priority.
I am also finding that the shoulder and back muscles are firing as they say. I am finding that I am not having to focus as much to engage these muscles which is awesome.
