Love having this set up on front porch, shoulder mobility, flexibility, and strength training outside and literally outside my front door. Stopped needing to go to physical therapy for angry AC joint.

I love the individual package, and I know that I will be ordering the next resistance level up in the future!
Great quality of manufacturing, and the door mount kit is versatile enough to fit on a narrower door in a hostel in India!
Excited to see healing, growth, and strength in my shoulders for the first time!

Excellent tool that every modern human who works over a computer could benefit from. High quality construction, but the true value is the program that has been designed to strengthen shoulders and increase range of motion.

I’ve been extremely satisfied so far. The chart and instructions take the guess work out of it. My shoulders and shoulder mobility feel the best they’ve felt since I had shoulder surgery in high school.

This is a great product. I have been using Crossover Symmetry for close to 4 years. This is my 3 set of 15# resistance. I have snapped the others at different points. The customer service has been great. They replaced at least one of the sets if not both for free. Although I very much appreciate the free replacements, I want to do my part to keep CS in business so bought these. Each new set I get seems to be higher quality.

Shoulder roundness an issue before using product, not any longer. Working the posterior muscles with higher repetitions for increasing endurance. Stretching anterior muscles as well. Would highly recommend crossover symmetry!!!!
Love the product and ish I’d found it sooner.:)

The three stars is only because I didn't use it. I held onto it for about 3 weeks and only used it twice and then returned it because I figured whether it does the job or not, it's not going to work if I don't use it. That being said, the product I thought was well made, must have been an improvement from the first ones based on comments. We have standard 36" doors I think and the equipment fit fine on the door. I received everything. The booklet and tables that came with the equipment was very easy to follow. I did not explore any online routines. My return was processed quickly without issue. I do think that the initial cost was expensive, but I found a coupon code and got a discount and free shipping, so then I felt better about what I paid for the product. I think its definitely worth trying if you have any shoulder issues, I just don't have the motivation to do anything at home on my own, so I can't say whether it would have resulted in PR's or anything for me.
