The instructional support is phenomenal! I’m 71 and not savvy with technology. I had to call back several times to get it right and Matt was always gracious and willing to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I purchased the shoulder program and it’s very easy to setup, the exercises take just a few minutes, and I already see results.

We had the middle set of bands and added the Elite set for my husband. We both love how this program works to make our joints feel better and muscles stronger!

I have a torn labrum in my shoulder and this system is helping to reduce the pain and strengthen my shoulders. I can definitely feel a difference since I started using it. I’ll eventually need surgery to repair the labrum, but this is helping me prepare for it and will no doubt be part of my rehab as well.
