I have enjoyed my own experience with Crossover Symmetery so much (working on rehabbing an old shoulder injury) that I purchased two extra for clients that I knew were dealing with similar challenges and one for my son who is a gym owner in Seattle. I was concerned that the orders had been incorreclty shipped but spoke direclty with Matt who made sure everything had been handled correctly. I appreciated the immediate response and attention to detail.

I’ve been a gym rat since 1983. I’d never taken resistance bands seriously. When the coronavirus hit, I decided to give them a shot. I researched many different alternatives before deciding on Crossover Symmetry. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. And I’ll never go back to weights.

After about 4 weeks, shoulder feels better, still battling to get back to bench pressing. Possible impingement, so taking it slow. Overall satisfied and seems to be working.

I am enjoying the bands. I use some back 2015 at a gym that had them attached to a j hook. I understand why you all changed them. They are versatile. My clients are enjoying them as well as me. Thank you fir the quick shipping.

Crossover Symmetry shipped quickly. My shoulder exercise/rehab program works great! My shoulder hasn't felt this good in many months.

Great company! My purchase arrived short a few screws and upon notification they immediately “overnighted” the missing items with a heartfelt apology... This is my kind of service and my kind of company! Awesome! (And my shouldervtgerspy is going exceedingly well too😁)

I was suffering from shoulder discomfort as a result of being a side sleeper. After receiving a cortisone shot I was given exercises to do by my physician. I began to use Crossover Symmetry in order to strengthen shoulder muscles. Even though I continue to be a side sleeper, I no longer have shoulder pain and have once again began going to the gym. I highly recommend this product if you are interested in strengthening all of your shoulder muscles.

I would give 4.5 stars, just because I'm sad that a week later they were giving the leg system for free with the shoulder system that I bought. But, that's just the way deals fall. The shoulder system is great and I can already see a difference!
