I was suffering from shoulder discomfort as a result of being a side sleeper. After receiving a cortisone shot I was given exercises to do by my physician. I began to use Crossover Symmetry in order to strengthen shoulder muscles. Even though I continue to be a side sleeper, I no longer have shoulder pain and have once again began going to the gym. I highly recommend this product if you are interested in strengthening all of your shoulder muscles.

I would give 4.5 stars, just because I'm sad that a week later they were giving the leg system for free with the shoulder system that I bought. But, that's just the way deals fall. The shoulder system is great and I can already see a difference!

Exactly what my 15 year old needed! She has a torn labrum. Went through 4 months of PT, 18 months of strength training, and 10 months of chiropractic care - all with pain. Been playing for 14 months taped with KT tape. 15 days into the rehab program with Crossover Symmetry- she went to soccer and basketball practices without tape and zero pain. Now on day 25 and it’s utterly amazing.

I’ve been using the Hip&Core band for a few weeks now, and have been really liking it. I’ve noticed the movements have been getting easier (I’m getting stronger) and I’ve noticed less back pain due after workouts. The only reason I didn’t give 5-stars is because I bought the Hip&Core band and not the shoulder bands, but starting receiving what felt like a LOT of emails for using the shoulder bands. Think you have an opportunity to focus the how-to videos/emails based on what the customer actually bought. That’d keep my interest in what you send me, and I wouldn’t have to hunt for the relevant info.

Best bands on the market, hands down!!

I purchased 2 of the medium strength Hip and Core bands. I have weak hip abductors and have not had great success with regular bands that roll and don't stay up. I've been using the new band regularly and my strength has improved. It's easy to use these bands and you get a great workout. The second band I purchased was for my daughter, who has bilateral labial tears. She has been using it in her therapy program and finds it really helpful. Thanks!

First, I would like to speak to the ordering/delivery of the product. Two weeks after ordering the Crossover Symmetry shoulder program, I had not received the product and the tracking number provided indicated the product had never left the initial mail facility. I was concerned that I might have been scammed, so I reached out to the Crossover Symmetry customer service to get an update on my order. They indicated that it appeared to be a problem with the shipper and they immediately agreed to send out a new system. The new system arrived in just a few days and, in addition to the shoulder system that I ordered, they also sent a free hip and core system to help make up for any inconvenience. I am certainly impressed with the customer service provided and their quick action to remedy the shipping problem.
As far as the system itself, I have played competitive beach volleyball for over 30 years and have had worsening shoulder pain for many years. I had written it off as just an inevitable byproduct of getting older, but the pain had reached the point where it was not only affecting my game but also my ability to even sleep comfortably at night. I saw an ad for Crossover Symmetry and decided it was worth a shot. I completed the 30 day shoulder fix (actually more like 45 days as I repeated a couple of the weeks) and, although the pain is not gone, it is significantly diminished. I am also able to sleep much more comfortably at night without pain. This is not a miracle cure, but it is a quality program that does strengthen/stabilize your shoulder and reduce pain. The program is simple to follow and takes very little time. I essentially do it in my living room at night while watching TV and it takes maybe 10-15 minutes.
In summary, based on my personal experience this is a quality program offered by a reputable company with superb customer service. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has been experiencing should pain, or those looking to proactively avoid shoulder issues. I am glad I gave it a shot and look forward to continuing the program so I can enjoy many more years of beach volleyball!
