I am really happy with the 30 day pain program. The program is so easy to follow and the instructional videos are very clear. I am starting week 3 and and starting to feel better. I do for sure feel that my shoulder is more stable already and I have learned several things about mobility and how to best mobilize. The website was a little confusing for me at first. I did have to take some time to sit down and just go through it and better understand how to use it. Once I did that, I have not had any difficulty. I emailed Matt once with a question and he responded same day, which was incredibly impressive to me. Even after the 30 day fix, I plan on continuing with the Activation and Strength programs to really get my shoulders to a better place. I hesitated in buying this system for some reason, and after several other fitness friends telling me I should, I finally listened and I am very glad I did.
