I was pleased with your customer service department..they worked to resolve my issue of not having the right size ring sent to me ..my wife was disappointed that in our wedding anniversary the ring from dazzle rock was not the correct size..we are waiting for the right size ring to come to us in the up coming week..it would be nice to get a discount compensation...Thank u

They were very patient as I explored options on the custom ring over the phone. The ring was precisely as it showed in the computer design, exactly what I wanted when received, and my sweetheart was just floored by it!

Awesome product and price. My only complaint is the actually size of the ring is a little off. All my rings this size fit the same, this one feels a little bigger. Love my rose gold ring!
