Beautiful ring, but stones a bit smaller than expected. Ring size is about 1/4 size smaller than ordered Trying to get that fixed now, if they will.

They have actual humans who will follow up on issues...a big plus when making a large purchase! I found a mount I liked, but it wasn't made to fit the some I had. They quickly customized the mount, sent me a very detailed image of the design, made corrections, and shipped out the item on time. It arrived exactly as described and is beautiful. I'm totally satisfied and expect to buy wedding bands in a few months.
