It matched up perfectly with my engagement ring that I had gotten from someplace else

Service was great! I emailed them about a ring that I wanted to know if could be order in Rose Gold instead of white or yellow. No reply. So I emailed them again a week later and due to my having to wait because of technical issues, they added a spot to order that ring in the color I wanted, gave me a coupon for my time, and rushed the ring to me at no extra charge. Was above and beyond impressed. The ring is gorgeous!

Timely shipping, and a great product. I love the Rose Gold cross that I purchased. It definitely shines! I will definitely purchase again from these guys!

Buying the ring was easy. The online ring measuring was a little challenging. The ring is gorgeous but now it doesn't nest well with my engagement ring. Hopefully i can get this resolved sooner rather than later because it is gorgeous it just doesn't fit well with the two rings together.

The speed of service and shipping were excellent. They upsized a stone at my request with no problems. All aspects were good except the main stone is much more included than I expected. I will be in contact to replace the stone qith a clearer one. Thx

I had never heard of Dazzling Rock prior to this purchase, and I was a bit leary at first. However, I purchased my wife's wedding band from Dazzling rock at a third of the price the "mall" jewelry store wanted for the same ring. Service was great, and everything went smoothly. My wife was delighted with the ring. I ordered a size 7, but the jeweler sized it as a 6.75. Which actually worked out because that is the size she actually needed when the local jeweler measured her finger to combine and solder the engagement ring inside the set.

I purchased the sapphire & diamond double ring guard. Took some time to receive..When I received, it was not quite like picture on site..Very thin gold. My diamond didn't fit in the ring anyway, so I am returning..??

My wife and myself love our rings. We got them for our 25th wedding anniversary. It took about 3 weeks to receive them because we had them custom sized. I called Dazzling Rock to ask about the ring sizes and what I needed, they told me they can do it for the rings that we wanted on their website. Ordered them that day three weeks later here they are. They use USPS so you have to be present to sign for them or just go to your post office to pick up. They fit great for both of us.

I have to say Dazzling Rock is the best I was in panic mode since I'm getting married on September 9th and my original ring was sold which I had on hold and to get another one would have been mid September which was not an option but looking on Amazon and actually contacting y'all personally and the friendly and professional staff did there magic and made a custom ring within 2 weeks which save me and the wedding so thank you Dazzling Rock and everyone involved for making this happen I will send pics after the wedding
