We had a bit of a problem with email, but once I called, they were very responsive. We love the ring and appreciate how they accommodated us to enlarge the center stone. It is beautiful. Thank you so much for how quickly you got the ring to us too.

The ring I ordered is beautiful. Even prettier than it looked online. It doesn't work for what I need and I have to return it but I am going to order a different one through dazzling rock because I was so impressed with this one. Addendum The return procedure is so easy I kept thinking it was a mistake. Do not be afraid to be good Dazzling Rock, if the product doesn't work out, returns are easier than in a jewelry store. I love this store!!!!

I gave the company 5 stars due to their customer service and speedy shipment. Although my husband and I wanted jet black rings as shown in the picture our wedding rings are still nice.

This was my second purchase from DazzlingRock, and both times have been quite happy with the items I received! First a diamond heart shaped promise ring for my soon to be wife, and this most recent order was a matching set of diamond heart shaped earrings for our anniversary! Both times she was ecstatic when she opened the box to see something almost as beautiful as she is! Thank you DazzlingRock for providing beautiful jewelry at an affordable price!

Just received my new ring from Dazzling Rocks. This is the second one I've purchased from them. It truly is dazzling. I love it! They have superior customer service. They respond to your emails very, very quickly. I was worried about size. Initially, the ring was offered in whole and half sizes only. I thought I might need a quarter size. After emailing them, they responded immediately, saying they had added the quarter size (7.25). When I looked to order the ring, there was 7.25 among the sizes. It fits great. For the first ring, I had ordered a size too big. DR re-sized it at no cost and very, very quickly. What a quality company!!
