Great customer care.. I will likely shop here again.

Overall it was good. However, I was trying to find information that I could not find on the site that would have been helpful in my decisions.

The shopping experience was very good and easy tto buy.

The product I ordered was small and misshapen when I spoke with somebody about it I was offer $10 for almost $200 earrings will never shop here again

My fiancée bought my engagement ring from you guys & I found the perfect enhancer on this site as well! I can't wait to get my ring. shopping experience was easy the coupon wheel & the affordable price originally make it sooo worth it!

I had to go through the checkout process four times before it would take my information.
That put a damper on my “shopping experience.

My place to go is always Dazzling Rock, gorgeous and great cuality.

Shopping was fine, description was nice along with pictures.
I did read reviews which was nice.

All that needs to happen now is when I receive the item in person and to see the item to know for sure a wise purchase

I am a Repeat Customer. There are so Many Choices and Navigation is Easy.

Although nice these are very small earring backs. They are about 1/2 the size off the one I am replacing.

Great and easy to order product.

Not what u thought they would be and would like to return the earrings

I had a wonderful experience shopping online with Dazzling Rock. I had some questions, I called and spoke to Kevin who was very helpful in answering them. I am very comfortable with my purchase now.

I always have a great experience when shopping Dazzling rock. This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering and everything always goes smoothly.

Shopping was fairly easy with dazzling rock. The website leaves room for improvement but is overall easy to navigate and make purchases.

Hi all, be careful with the duties, taxes and administrative cost when you buy from abroad. It's about a 30% of the purchase cost over. My last purchase with them. They were very helpful telling me that if I don't receive the gods I will lose de 60 $ of the delivery fees and I'll have to pay a other 60 $ for the returning.

I like the product it was shipped very fast but you guys forgot my free gift

I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the custom ring that I had created. It’s very beautiful and I love the way it shines in the light. Once my piece was approved it did not take long for it to be shipped. However I have some few small Critiques. I wish there were more options in color choices for blue stones. Secondly the design was not followed exactly with the 3d mock up. It’s ok because the ring is beautiful but it does affect the symmetry. Thirdly I wish the color of the stones were more accurately portrayed in the computer aided design. When my ring arrived I was expecting it to look a certain way and was taken aback at first because it wasn’t what I was expecting. Do not get me wrong it is beautiful and gorgeous and I love it but it took some time for me to fall in love with it. I was taken aback at first glance because I was expecting lighter stones like in the drawing. I had a friend recommend Dazzling Rock to me and I’m definitely happy I went through them for something as important as an engagement ring. The quality and craftsmanship is unparalleled. I would definitely recommend using them for all your jewelry needs.

This is not my first nor my last piece I’ll buy from Dazzling Rock. Love the quality and value of my pieces!

Very easy shopping experience...
