Extremely helpful customer service! I lost one of my earrings and wanted to buy just one of the earrings as a replacement. Customer Service actually made a new posting offering one of the desired earrings! This website has very high quality jewelry and you will most definitely get compliments on your new accessories. 10/10 would recommend!

I would like to be completely honest. I place an order for the trio rings. I received an empty ring box. I contacted you guys. The issue was resolved but at my expense. I had to use a freight forwarding company after they agreed to resend the item but I had already left the country. I almost felt scammed, and at one point I felt like they assumed that I was being deceitful but I never received the ring. I am currently back home still waiting on the freight forwarding company.

The website is a bit slow and has a lag. But I feel like I found a good deal. I’m disappointed tho that there was no info on the sapphires on the ring. Even just yes they are natural and heat treated or whatever.
