My engagement ring is perfect, the time frame in which it was processed, not so much. I paid $30 for overnight shipping and they neglected to inform me that the item wouldn't ship for 2 weeks. At that point I didn't need over night shipping, they could have refunded it but didn't and said it would be overnight when it did ship. I received an email when it did ship and it still took 4 days. No refund. So fortunately it was worth the wait, BUT DONT PAY extra for shipping!

I was a little hesitant ordering my jewlery from this site, BUT I am glad I did. The jewlery looks amazing, better then the picture that was posted of it. I talked with customer service through email, and they got back to me in a timely manner (real quick), and answered all of the questions I had. I will def. Order from them again.

I was apprehensive about purchasing fine jewelry online, especially with all the scams out there. My ring came in after about 3 weeks. I had it sized by Dazzlerock. It was a perfect fit. I took it to a local jeweler and had them take a look just for my protection. They said the ring was indeed what I had purchased and a fair price also. I am very satisfied with my purchase and can not wait to purchase again.

The piece of jewelry that I ordered was for a Christmas gift, but unfortunately I didn't know that I had to order a few weeks in advance to get it on time as the company did not have it in stock. I ordered it anyway and it is a beautiful piece at a great price. Unfortunately I could not get the order to go to an address that was different than my "bill to" on my credit card for some reason, and this caused a bit of a problem

I was skeptical of an online jeweler but decided to try it since the enhancer looked like it would match my engagement ring perfectly. Worst case scenario I would send it back. Got the finished ring and I am so excited! It looks like it was made specifically for my engagement ring. I love it!! Would definitely recommend this site to others.

I ordered a set of earrings for my fiance on this website and they were perfect. He had both holes in one ear so I was afraid they'd be to big but they measured exactly as they did on the website itself. I had no interactions with customer service so I can't speak on that, but my order shipped and was delivered on-time with tracking number supplied. Thanks for a great experience!

Both rings I ordered are beautiful. The only problem I had was I paid for 2 day shipping on my second order. Oder ed on December 18, 2015 didn't receive it til Jan 5 2016. That was a long wait. But still happy with my rings. Will order again
