Nice product but did not like the charge for changing original size when it was not even shipped yet.

We got the ring in 14K Rose gold and am so happy with it. I am only doing 4 stars because only have had the ring for a week so hard to tell how the setting is but I am a groomer so hands are in the water and soap and fur all day and no problems yet. Thank you.

They were immediate in providing me helpful customer service. They were really responsive to some follow up on re-sizing and my fiance couldn't have been happier with the ring which she said looked even better than when she saw it online (let's just say she was really involved in the choosing)!

I thought the gold would look cheap but I love my rings and could not be happier! The yellow gold is more yellow than i had expected but I like the pop next to my white gold engagement band! I love the right hand band that i also got! BEAUTIFUL!

What I got was and what I saw advertised were completely different, in the sense that what I got was 100x more fantastic than what I saw online. The earrings I got were nothing short of perfection, and the shipping was quick and prompt.

You get so much more than what you pay for. Worth each and every penny. The ring is gorgeous. I made a last minute change to the engraving and they did it for me free of charge. Thank you. I am very pleased with you customer service. I ordered an appraisal with my ring audit didn't arrive with the delivery, but when I called, the service rep was very friendly. And now the appraisal is on its way. Very pleased. I will and do recommend DazzlingRock to anyone looking for jewelry. I will definitely shop here again!

I would definitely use this company again. They communicated with me by email letting me know how the process was going and when to expect my purchase would arrive. On arrival, the ring I bought looked exactly as advertised and all the details were correct. Highly recommended.

The actual set was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Pictures did not do it justice. The price was right and shipping time was very quick. I could not ask for anything better.

My husband bought me a 2 carat blue diamond anniversary ring for our 25th wedding anniversary last year, and it is absolutely gorgeous! I get so many compliments on it! I bought him a blue diamond men's wedding band to match it for Christmas this year and he loves it, beautiful ring!

The rings arrived just before Christmas and they were gorgeous! The stones are darker than the picture but still just as beautifil.
