I recently bought a new transmitter for my 20 yr old 3502ncp collars. When it arrived, I could not sync the transmitter to the collars. I called customer service and the person answering spent at least 15 minutes working with me to successfully sync the collars.. Her patience with me was greatly appreciated, and I now have my collars back in service. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

Dogtra 1902S
Worked like a charm! Highly recommend this product to elevate your training. The beginning can be a wake-up call for your pup, but they will catch on quickly. If you lack experience with these collars, seek professional help for correct corrections1.

Dogtra ARC Transmitter
After several years of use- a plastic piece on the inside of the transmitter of my dogtra arc 2-dog system wore out making it impossible to charge up again. I was ecstatic that Dogtra sells this replacement Transmitter on its own! It saved me hundreds by not having to replace both collars that are working just fine! Fast shipping, easy to connect (had to watch a YouTube video) but were up and running again in just a few days! So happy this option is available!

I use the bird dog launchers every day for training upland bird/sports dogs. The bird launcher mesh was wearing out. The Dog Training outlet was about ship replacement mesh in timely fashion and they work.

Dogtra 1900S Transmitter
Excellent customer service. The people who I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and had a thorough knowledge of the collars. I had to call to get help linking the collar to a new remote and they talked me right through the really easy procedure. I won’t buy dogtra collars from a third party seller because of the stellar customer service.

Dogtra ARC Transmitter
The only reason I didn't give this quality device 5 stars is because of poor documentation. I purchased the replacement remote due to the original remote that came with the receiver was damaged. There is nothing solid about syncing the remote to the receiver. I had to go to YouTube for the answer.
