When our Fulfillment Team dispatches a parcel, they normally send an email to inform customers that their parcels will be delivered the next day, unless there are exceptional circumstances that affect deliveries. We're sorry we don't currently offer delivery time slots but it's something we're working on with our delivery partners. For the time being, if it's convenient and safe to do so, please let us know if parcels can be delivered to your concierge or left at your front door. We're constantly making improvements to our delivery service and our current offering is a fast and free delivery service (if you spend over $250).
