Excellent service, amazing product that has made a huge difference with managing my GS training.

Great product, easy to use. very satisfied w/this purchase.

My pup Finn and I moved from an apartment in Washington DC to a little house near the marsh of the Broad River. Finn is good with his basic commands off leash, but there are alligators and deer here and I could not take any chances. I needed him to be rock solid. When I put his Educator collar on, I swear his I.Q. goes up 10 points. It gets very dark at night and I love the blinking light feature. The Educator enables Finn to have his freedom because I trust him-with it on. I loose them a lot and I’m on my fifth Educator.

This was the perfect replacement battery!! This one I feel is lasting longer than the original battery that came with the receiver.

I don’t know if the battery works or not. I still can’t get the collar to charge, just like the old battery

The collar works very well,,,,,BUT, it didn't come with the tool to remove the contact points. When I want to charge the collar I have to use pliers to remove the points. That's not what I would expect for a $300 collar. I talked to the customer service team & was told one would be sent. That was months ago, still waiting.

The collar has been very effective in keeping our dog safe. It’s a great reminder to him of either not barking or running away.

It has been super helpful!

I bought this collar because my malamute would not recall and I tried training without the collar and failed. We live in alaska and are in the wilderness alot. So when I introduced the recall using collar he finally understood. It also helped with heel. The collar is solid and responds well because I have been very careful with how I use it and use alot of treats and praise but the collar has helped to define the boundary when he is off leash which I honestly do not think would be possible without the collar. It has given him a huge amount of freedom and given me peace of mind. Its there to stop him from initiating contact with moose, porcupines and running up to someone which he still wants to do. I recommend this brand and this product but please study the training materials and do not be afraid with certain breeds who do not respond to lower numbers to go higher, you have to find what the dog responds to. Do not use it too much like in excess and teach with it and eventually just them wearing it will produce respect when off leash without needing to hit the button. Being off leash is a major blessing and this product has provided that I highly recommend them and there support is also very helpful. I will be buying more collar sets. I recommend the quick release collar and the titanium non nickel points. Battery life and charge time is solid. Thank you.

The new Educator is working perfectly. It was the best training tool I have used. When I put the collar on, I have no need to use the pulse as my dog goes into perfect behave mode. I would not use anything else.

I do like it. Wish there was more info on using the ring——It all works fine when transmitter is in a pocket which is thin. But doesn’t seem to work well if in a purse or fanny pack or spandex workout shorts. Maybe too thick. I need to hang it on the outside of my purse. Which many times cannot be done. Hopefully you can give me some tips to make it work better. Thank You

We love our replacement skin! Now all of our dogs gear matches perfectly ! Quick shipping too.

We have not used the Educator. So far our puppy is amazingly obedient!

My Labradoodle farm dog (that I got as a puppy last summer) started seriously chasing deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife as they came to our farm for the winter as they've done for decades. I worked with a professional dog trainer to correctly train the Educator Collar and it changed my life. My dog knew many commands already so after 1 month of on-leash training with the collar, she was set free. After chasing deer once, she quit, after chasing turkeys once, she quit. She simply happily walks calmly by them. I've used the collar to train away other bad habits such as jumping up. It's very effective and with 100 levels, the low levels are very gentle, but effective. My dog is totally trained to the tone. It's been 5 months now and although she still wears the collar, I haven't actually used it in a very long time. I have 100% recall, she doesn't chase wildlife, she doesn't jump on people and can walk calmly and happily down Main Street. You'd never guess she was a maniacal lunatic 5 months ago.

It has been the only collar that worked for my dog

I struggled with a hyper dog to put their collar on but the Quick Snap Biothane Collar has completely changed our letting out routine. sleek, easy to use. I won't use anything or any other brand. I highly reccomend this product. Trust me!!!!

This is exactly what I needed and your representative was incredibly helpful. I am very happy. Thank you.

This is the lightest collar that I’ve come across that has all three things: clip, elastic, and belt fastener. Bought a few other collars before getting this one and it’s by far the best!

This has made so much easier to put on and take off the e collar
