Great product. Worth every penny. Wouldn’t buy any other e collar

Easy to apply and love the color !

It’s the second collar from you guys and I just love it! The brightness of the pink is awesome.

So much more convenient than the included lanyard. Clip it on your pants pocket or jacket pocket and easily unclip in two different ways. I find it much easier to determine the correct button even more quickly.

I love this collar! The ability to customize the settings for sensitivity are amazing. Our lab is able to outsmart other cheap bark collars by whining a certain way. This collar fixes that! I also appreciate being able to adjust the intensity of correction.

An amazing product, (I am a service dog handler, pet dog trainer, service dog trainer and have 8 dogs).

(I have 8 dogs so I am saying this because of how it has worked with all the ones I have done e-collar work with) I worked with my service dog in training for 15 hours during 3 weeks so that he could understand all about the e-collar, it worked great. With the other dogs: (still in the conditioning phase) in only 4 hours one of them started to understand that a tap=focus on me and if you are far come closer so you do what I say and get a treat; (still in the conditioning phase(have worked 6 hours with her) with one of my little dogs I have used levels from 3-7 (working level) 8-18 (for corrections if needed, typically 8-12) she is the minimum recommended weight.

My SDiT (Service Dog in Training) had been dealing with a little of uneasiness after 2 dogs attacked him (when large dogs where in sight he would forget he was working, now he doesn’t even look at the majority of them at all, what I did was teach him that te e-collar meant focus on me, if he feels the stimulation he needs to look at me and do what I ask then, but if there are a lot of distractions, l use it 1-3 levels higher than his working level (which makes the stimulation go from "i am feeling something, I think but am not sure" to "I definitely felt something, and it is not unpleasant just a little bit uncomfortable" so that it is basically negative reinforcement, he does something to stop a slightly annoying feeling.

The e-collar is not hard to use, it’s in fact amazing, but you NEED TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS that are in the box.





I do recommend taking it slowly so that your dog does understand all you need them to, I say this as a dog trainer.

Product great, customer service in ordering was lacking. Shipping a week delayed which understand fedex issue but responses I got from customer service rep really turned me off. I’ll buy products again but never directly, will use Amazon.

This collar is a wonderful tool for helping my dog better understand what I want from him. It has been great for recall as he has a stubborn streak! It has also been vital in correcting his cat chasing!
