love this product!

Ordering was easy. Took a while to receive, it is not amazon, but it arrived within the posted time frame. The only replacement for the transmitter showed a molded “O” ring being replace by a wonderful trainer who trained our dog, but was wondering if I needed to get an “O” ring. Still need to replace the batteries as of yet.

Love these was interested what the difference would be from the standard contact points. Lower stim great product

Absolutely love educator technologies. Work excellent and the four dog system is simple and easy to use.

Adding a second collar / dog to my FT-330 E-Collar was easy & seamless with the immediate reward of single transmitter, dual-dog functionality. The FT-330 itself is a high quality product, not just with tone, vibrate (tap) & adjustable e-stimulation, but it also has a light and a plethora of accessories. Very happy with the purchase. Would recommend / buy again.

Great product, safe for the dog even with an amateur user. Odin our doberman does n to even know its on him but knows what to do.

I tried the standard contact points, the 3/4” standard points, and the thick fur contact points (both 1/2 and 3/4)”. The only way I could get consistent contact without feeling like I was strangling my dog was with the 3/4” but I could tell these were very uncomfortable for her and then I noticed a sore on her neck (which I can’t say in honesty was caused by the points or from playing with her buddy). But she acted like she was being punished whenever I put the collar on her so I wasn’t happy with these either.
At the suggestion of Byron and my trainer i tried the CPAD-011 and it’s made a huge difference! She’s clearly much more comfortable and the contact has been very consistent. I wish I had started with this contact pad to begin with. My dog is a Kelpie mix and has extremely fine and dense hair particularly around her neck. It’s not very long but it’s very dense. I highly recommend the CPAD-011 to anyone having trouble with contact due to thick fur!

I have had a great experience with this brand from day one! This brand came highly recommended in several dog training podcasts I love, and they were also recommended by a local dog trainer I trust. This trainer explained to me how having the long range this product offers plus the many stimulation levels make it the best brand on the market. I actually work in pet retail selling other brands of ecollars, and I can confirm that most other collars on the market have far fewer stimulation levels and I have felt side by side the difference in stimulation between Educators and typical brands found in big-box retail stores. Educators really do have a "cleaner" more benign stimulation than other brands, and they are worth every penny. At the retail store I manage, ecollars are my most often returned product, and now I know why! Not only are people buying the bare minimum that is available in the industry, they do not understand how ecollars work. I was impressed with the ebook that came with my educator and how it explained in clear detail how to use an ecollar safely and successfully. Other brands of ecollar come with instructions that are frankly dangerous and inaedquate.

I have a 55lb pitbull/akita mix and I was interested in the long range of "The Boss" and the wetland model but concerned that the collar might be too big for him. I was also looking at a few other models and was not sure which to choose. I reviewed the product guide, which really helped me narrow down my options. Since I was still uncertain, I decided to call customer service. To my surprise, not only was the person on the phone the same person who wrote the product guide, he was very genuine and fun in his customer service and he really helped me make the best decision for my situation! We determined that "The Boss" was a good size for my dog. He also suggested an upgrade to the bungee quick fit strap and I would have regretted not taking his advice and getting it. I love it and I would get this strap for any ecollar, it is well worth the cost. After getting my product, I am certain that I made the right choice. When I had trouble locating the free ebook, I emailed customer service and got a response withing five minutes (including the ebook link as well as several other very helpful video resources to help me get started). I am truly blown away with the customer service. I have never had such good customer service anywhere. Educator brand has gone above and beyond my expectations!

The product arrived about a week after ordering using the free shipping option and came with a carrying case, another size of contacts, charger, manual, lanyard, etc. As I mentioned before, I sell other brands of ecollars at a retail store and I was able to compare the two. A level one stimulation on my educator felt the sale as a level 15 or 20 on the in store brand...... I can start to feel stimulation on my hand with the Educator at a 7, and my dog's working level is a 5 or 6! Having 100% stimulation levels is more important than I ever realized. I had no reason to worry about this collar being too strong for my dog. We found the perfect level, even though this is a collar for more stubborn dogs, and having felt the stimulation myself I am confident that used correctly this would never hurt my dog on appropriate levels. My dog did have a bit of a time getting used to the weight, but before I even turned it on I let him wear it for weeks on fun excursions such as walks, regular training time, etc and he is used to it now without issue.

I am surprised at how fast my dog has caught on to this process, and he is even having fun! He gets excited to put the collar on because he knows that means we are going on an adventure where he can earn treats! My advice to you is to take your time picking out a product from Educator and learn how to use it. Don't rush, and let the Educator team help you pick out what you need. If I have one regret, it is that I should have also purchased the winged contact pad (just for comfort and maximum contact) but didn't. I am satisfied with my Boss as is, but I do plan to get the winged pad when I have the chance because I think it is worth it for long term use. If I could make one suggestion as per design, I kind of wish that the LED light (for nighttime visibility) was on the side of the receiver, instead of the top/bottom for maximum visibility. That is literally the only thing I would change.

after taking months to learn what type of collar I wanted and reading 100's of reviews, I'm very happy that I picked up this e-collar. I am able to customize each button, increase or decrease the tone or vibration (via computer USB). With the help of training videos from Sean O'Shea I was up and running. I'm able to communicate with my super smart Vizsla. The customer service from Educator Collars is top notch. I look forward to many years of great communication with my pup, Now that I have a way to. PRO tip, I let her wear it for 2 weeks to get used to wear it and she loves putting on her "cell phone, so dad can call her". Hope that helps and you love it as much as I do.

We love this collar the vibrate function is great for reminding our dogs to pay attention and the range on this collar allows us to create a long distance correction if need be.

I purchased the ET-300 after returning a competitors collar due to the lack of stimulation levels and complexity of changing levels. My GSD can be stubborn at times and the competitors collar was too harsh in some situations. The ET-300 is simple to operate & simple to change levels. So far in the few times of had to use it it worked as needed and he’s paid attention to me. I’m so glad my trainer recommended an e collar.
No regrets but If I could recommend one change I wish the buttons on the remote were easier to identify without looking at the remote, I like to carry it in my pocket and sometimes loose finger contact. Funny the dog looks at the remote in my hand like he understands I’m doing something to him.

I honestly cannot recommend this more! I took my 110 pound mastiff to the creek to swim and he somehow managed to get his collar off by itching his neck. It sat in the creek for 2 days before I could find it and it still worked!!! When they say this is waterproof, THEY MEAN IT! Money very well spent and of course it has worked wonders with getting my dog to come when called. I would have never been able to let my dog off leash without it!
