We had an old, less powerful receiver, that stopped taking a charge. After some research, we chose the RX-120 Large Receiver. It was easy to pair to the transmitter and an excellent and more powerful replacement. We trained our Cocoa on these E-collars, and it is business as usual! Thanks for an excellent product, excellent description and a no-issues transition to a new receiver! This product line is great!

I bought a new receiver to replace my old one, and customer service was helpful assuring me it would pair with my old (6-8+ yo) remote. The receiver pairing videos weren’t helpful for me, I found some rando on youtube with a bad camera helped me pair it best. My main complaint is the longetivity, yes my collar lasted 6-8 years and ez-900 remote longer, but the receiver had a HUGE crack that went right thru the plastic (it still worked for awhile like this) until it stopped charging. I’m familiar with e-collars from working animal care, and i’ve never heard of a dogtra cracking. Also, the remote dies if left in 70F sun (like at the river). I’m also not a fan of how overly complicated the educator remotes are, I mainly bought it because it’s cheaper than dogtra. If you feel the need to program a bunch of programs for an e-collar, you OR your dog needs better training before starting on the collar. dogs respond to vibrate, tone, or zap. period. But to be fair, my dog’s e-collar is only used for ‘insurance’ and she responds best to tone. I go incredibly remote places, so the collar must be pretty durable to deal with brush, mud, dust, sand, water.

This collar is a life-saver. It's perfect.

Great training tool. This is my second one

Battery works perfectly.

The Educator FT-330 Finger Trainer collar works perfectly for what I need.

I’m so glad I invested in a proper ecollar! I can use the actual correct stim level for my dog instead of it being too high. I also love how ergonomic the remote is. The manual is also very easy to understand.

It's great to have this particular contact method so I don't have to try to dig down long prongs through her thick long hair. Which I felt could almost be painful. I think this will work very well for us and both of us will be happier.

Originally purchased by our trainer, this has been the best collar for our Rotty ever. The smooth, single digit, adjustments allow us to dial in exactly what he needs without hurting him. Now, most of the time we just have to show him the controller and he obeys, or just hit the vibrate only function, rarely do we need to shock him. And if you dont know Rottys are very stubborn. He always obeys with this collar. The 2 others we tried were either not strong enough or too strong. You could not dial in the exact number needed. Highly recommend this collar and its the only collar our trainer will use. Its a must buy.

I have sent an email to you about our purchase. We aren’t 100% satisfied, as though we paired the controller, sometimes it works and sometimes not. Our preference would be a new replacement. Please respond

The holster answers several problems for me. Before I had to find the trainer in my pocket or swinging around my neck. Corrections have to happen immediately, not after you've found it. Very nice having it on you belt..

I bought a replacement rt300 transmitter and it’s working great. Great customer service too

Our collar started having low battery issues after a few years of use. Ordering a new battery through the website was easy and convenient. The battery was easy to replace and after a few weeks of use, no issues had been identified. Overall the company has great customer service and I have had no issues working with them over many years.

Amazing product and changed the whole trajectory of my and my dogs lives. Could not recommend enough for people who own reactive dogs. Just ensure you are properly trained on use.

It is a great collar and my dog responds well.
Everything was good except I did not receive the training book which it stated was in the box otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Definitely my favorite collar.

The pink replacement skins are perfect! They were very easy to change out.

The educator collar has been a tremendous help. From stopping barks when neighbor dogs do, to stop pulling. It’s easier to recall him back. My family loves it .

Getting along good with the longer contacts. Golden Retriever has a lot more hair and also not irritating the skin.
