Just started learning the e-collar system, focusing on Thunderbolt before training. Thunder also gets familiar. The first time collar placement was challenging, but he accepted it on the second try.

After 9 years, I needed to replace my charger. One of the two charging wires became separated. Most likely my fault. The replacement charger was fairly priced. No problems with ordering and receiving a new one.

We were given the educator collar by our dog trainer several years ago and it has been a perfect tool to keep their training fresh. We have two dogs now and use the collars on both, I love that one transmitter works for both dog’s collars.

Collar working very well. Only using it for a week. Fog responding well. Tried the tone initially but switched to vibration and my dog responds better to that. Now able to go outside without a leash for significant time periods. Training gets better every day

I have been using this collar for about 7 years. I first got ours at K9 off lease training, and have used it over the years when we get a new dog to train I love it . It is gentle on the dog but if needed you can really get their attention. Replacement part are easy to get if needed great company staff is helpful and supportive.

In the last 8 years, my family has had 5 dogs and we’ve had 5 of these collars. Wouldn’t have a dog without one. I had a battery problem with one of them and they sent me a replacement battery for free. If you want to keep your dog safe then use and train with a collar. My dog started chasing a rabbit and a quick command and a tap on the collar and he returned to me quickly and safely. The rabbit was happy too!

My trainer I sought out to help with e-collar starting on my large shepherd mix recommended this collar because it's the only one he will use. I tried other collars in the past and felt most of them lacking something. I couldn't find a single thing I would want to change with this collar. I will never use anything else. I love how slow the stimulation builds up while still having higher levels for getting attention in high distraction environments when needed. My dog gets so excited every time the collar comes out because she knows she gets way more freedom, and I have the piece of mind knowing she's safe if she starts to make a bad choice that could hurt her. Having the nick feature along with a dedicated button for continuous is amazing. Also being able to lock in a certain level without fear of me bumping the remote and accidentally turning up the stim is amazing.

Educator EZ-900 Replacement Remote-1-2 Dogs
The remote came as expected, no difference from our other remote. I do wish it had come with a lanyard as the other one did, but had some easy solutions around the house. We have 2 collars and this was an additional remote. My hope was to be able to use one remote for 2 collars/dogs, but at times the dogs go separately on walks, so wanted to be able to use separate remotes for each collar. But turns out a remote can only be paired to one collar at time. Oh well. New remote works as expected and happy with it.

I love the using the collar for training purposes. My puppy is going to training a the facility uses your collars to train and it is their chosen brand. I wish turning off the collar itself was easier!

The setup was very challenging. The written instructions lacked pictures. I had to watch several YouTube videos to get it. Would be nice to color code the buttons to match the collar colors selected. Love the night light feature and the easy on / off.
