The remotes back cover was really lose. The transmitter wasn’t working at first and we had to really play with it to get it to work. The collar was really long and had a lot of extra band(we had to fold it into itself twice).

Hi Athena, sorry you were having trouble with your new e-collar! The covers (skins) are replaceable. It's rare, but sometimes they don't come out of the mold correctly. Please contact tech support at 855-326-5527 and they can get you fixed up. For future reference, this number is also on the back of your remote. They are available from 8 to 8 during the week and 9 to 5 on Saturdays EST.
For the strap, we make them long (33") so that they will fit all size dogs. Just take a pair of scissors and cut off any excess that you don't need ;)

I usually don't have to use it on him, but when he has it on, he gets excited because he knows we are going outside and he gets to be off leash. I trained him with the collar since a pup, so 2 years later he is a highly trained dog. I have a Belgian Mal.

I have had my 302 for a week today ,and see significant improvement in my dogs.Using the collars for off leash walking as well as improving basic obedience commands.Very pleased with the educator collars.I charged them once and have not had to recharge since.I use these collars 2-3 times a day ,generally two walks and one training session.

I'm a dog trainer and I have been using the educator collar for the last 2 years. I have found a tool that I love and will use for years to come. I love the results I've gotten using your product. My clients also love it because they are able to learn how to use it quickly and efficiently. actually life-changing!!! I would take my dog to the park and when it was time to leave he would run away from me, any dog/bike/runner he saw he would chase after them - now he is totally obedient to me on his lowest setting!! we're only 2 weeks into training and he is AMAZING! For small dogs the Micro Educator Receiver is terrific. I paired it with the EZ-900 Remote and thankfully I configured it for 2 dogs because I have now acquired a second small dog. Time to order another Micro Educator Receiver! The remote is the best on the market. I love having dedicated buttons for tone, vibrate, and static. Tone is great for positive reinforcement. The products are well made and built to last. Customer is service is top-notch also. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Works really great! I like the beep feature instead of the vibrate. I press beep to call his attention. If he doesn't listen the first time, I press the momentary button for a short zap. If he is chasing something and getting out of our property, I press the continuous stimulation and he surely comes. It is important that the contact points are snug specially for long haired dogs.

I ended up with a set of the Hypo-Allergenic Contact Points without any threaded studs to go into the collar? I thought I had ordered the 5/8" regular replacement Contact Points which I re-ordered and received. So now I have a set of the Hypo-Allergenic Contact Points I cannot use. Costs as much to return them as it would to buy the right ones? Service was fine. Finally got the second set of regular Contact 5/8" points and will get me by. Thanks for asking, will not make that mistake again.
