started using same day it was delivery. Immediate results! The only thing is that I now need a dummy collar because my dog realizes when he's not using the collar and take advantage of that . But the minute I put the collar on him he becomes an angel!!!

Great customer service. Fast shipment.

Had a cheaper collar for several months, falling apart. This one is great, our trainer recommended it. Success!!! At last. Perhaps several chickens have gotten a pardon!

Very easy to use page and fast returns great place to get what you need.

Best e-collar on the market!

Great Collar with many corrective options and

Service was great. Shipping was very prompt and even arrived a day earlier than expected. I did not see how to download the e-book initially. I received a quick response back with instructions and have been very happy so far.

I purchased the ET-400 and it has been great so far. I have a young German Shorthaired Pointer and she is responding well to the collar - though I have not used it a lot and am simply letting her get used to having it on. I recommend the 3/8" contacts for the short haired breeds. The standard contacts were a little irritating to her. I bought this based on a review from a family member who has a high energy German Shepard/Malinois mix and it worked wonders for them. I completely recommend this product and this company for their service.

So far we are really loving the collar. It is exactly what we needed, and it works well. It is extremely well made, and great quality. The website is easy to use, as well, and customer service was great and fast when I had questions. Thanks so much for a fantastic product.

I have 3 ez educator 900 models. I love these. I have switched the lanyard to a colored clip to match the color of collar the remote corresponds with. These are simple to use without harming your dog! I took a training class prior to using so I wouldn’t destroy my malinois temperament. Generally I am able to use tone to get his attention and vibration if he ignores the tone. It’s a way of saying I’m really out here and don’t ignore me. My units are over 4 years old so the batteries weren’t staying charged for more than a few days, I called and ordered replacement batteries. They arrived within 2 days, I had a few questions which were answered immediately when I asked them. Extremely easy to install and now I’m back to being able to use them for longer periods of times. I highly recommend these e-collars. Every part is replaceable without having I purchase complete new unit. I purchased the 900 because my arthritis made using round disk impossible. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and it’s been almost 5 years! I believe after all my research and years of using these collars, there isn’t a better product for sale out there!

Simple, easy and effective. All this and picked it up at a great price. My dogs thank you.

My pitbull did not recognize any boundaries of our yard without a leach but the 1st time she had the collar on and knew what the collar did she recognized all boundaries.

Good collar with effective responses from my dog.

I love the educator magnetic clips. The clips are each sewn leather (nice quality). They are easy to use and I never have to worry about dropping the remote as it’s always at my fingertips. The clips arrived in a cardboard wrapped package which I was surprised by until I took them out of the package. The magnets are very powerful and will turn the collar off/on if they get too close. Also, warnings if you have a pacemaker. Very strong magnets, no joke. The attachment for the remote was easy to apply and was supplied. The clips can be hard to split at times because of the strong magnet but I never have to worry about them coming apart from my article of clothing and losing my controller. I would recommend these clips to others.

I ordered batteries for my dog's 400TS collar and transmitter. My transmitter lost power after 4 years of constant use this past summer. Thinking I didn't have time to wait for a delivery from Educator Colars, I stopped at a local batter store where they made up a battery for me. It died after 4 month. This time I ordered direct and received my batteries in about 4 days. They included excellent directions for installation and fit perfectly into the case.

I should have known Educator Collars would come through. They have helped in the past with all kinds of parts like tabs and points. Batteries were no exception. They will always be my go to for my dog's collar needs - even his batteries.

Good so far.

I am so happy I decided to buy the Mini Educator E-Collar. After I researched every other brand on the market I feel safe in saying I'm sure there is no better E-collar! It's easy to use, and easy to set your dog's individual level of stimulation. I tried it on myself and at my dog's level #2, I couldn't feel it at all. Another great feature is the ability to lock your settings so there is no worries of accidentally bumping it to another level. The instructions are clear and precise along with great images. The videos on their website are wonderful because they walk you through every step from the set up to the actual training. Lastly, but yet so important, is the customer service. The level of customer service is beyond 5 star. I E-mailed a question and a response came back within a few minutes!!! I cannot say enough good things about this company and their superior products. You will be glad you bought from them.

Works great (and as advertised) with my Boykin Spaniel.

This battery is exactly what I was looking for, and the price is great! Shipping was fast too. I've bought generic batteries for other collars on Amazon, but they were more expensive and never lasted. I'm coming straight here from now on.

These have completely changed the way I communicate with my dogs, within minutes they were responding to commands much more quickly and with only the vibrate setting!

Love this E-Collar! We've tried many other brands and ended up returning them. Found Educator Collars online and ordered one for our husky. Love all the different settings and level options on the collar. We barely have to use the shock option as just the vibrate/tone option is enough to make him listen. Thank you!
