Website customer service and delivery were great and love the products

Geat

Our dog is a short hair, smooth coat Vizsla and the sharp points on the original collar rubbed him raw. These adapters do not rub at all, and his skin is clearing up.

This collar has helped us train our dogs, making them such a joy. In fact, it was used to train our service dog, which has changed our son's life dramatically. I am grateful to have had this tool, which reduced the time it took to train our dogs and gives us an excellent communication tool for ongoing maintenance of their training.

I have used other collars. They were either not working or you had to carry the receiver. The Educator Collar is easy to use, you don't have to carry the receiver in your hand or on your wrist and the quality is more superior. I lost my first collar while moving so I knew exactly what I wanted for my new collar, the Educator Collar!!

I am using the bungee collar on the flank with a garmin/tritronics 550.
Holds it in place without it being too tight....

I recently purchased two Educator 800 K9 Tactical collars and couldn't be happier about their versatility and performance. The collar and remote are perfect whether you have a hard dog or a more mild disposition dog. The bungee collar allows for comfort without compromising connectivity. I also purchased the quick release for an additional $5.00 per set for easy on/off. The range is 1 mile which is great for working and is weatherproof! Whether you are using it for a working, sports, or general obedience dog, you can't go wrong with this collar. So many extra's! Thank you, Educator Collars, for a great product!

Great site, Wonder selection however I have emailed a couple of times and still have not received information in how to get the Ecollar training Ebook. Very disappointed for how much money I spent!

Very pleased, Aka is responding extremely well

This has really helped my border collie!

i wanted a couple extra collars, These collars are nice. They are sturdy and strong. Cutting to size is very easy.

Great collar, material is easy to wipe clean. Seems much more comfortable for my dog than the other option and it is also easy to put on.

I have had ecollar for almost 2 years now. Started with the mini and was upgraded to the pro. I kind of like the mini better.
There are lots of features I love on this. It does what it says it will do.
My complaints are as follows:
1.)You can't really use the light function; it is not easy to do on the fly. I liked the ease of turning on the light with my mini educator, which I liked better than this model overall.

2.)It has randomly reprogrammed itself twice now. one of the times this happened after charging; I noticed that two buttons were not working... turns out it had put itself onto 2 dog mode and those buttons were for (nonexistent) dog 2.

3.)It does not float. We swim a lot. I keep it around my neck but I worry about losing it.

4.) There is no version for left handed people.

The good: I hear that it is better than other brands.

The customer service can't be beat. When my mini educator stopped working correctly, they replaced it and upgraded me to this model. They also replaced my collar and receiver when the receiver battery went out. First, they sent me the wrong battery, but instead of just sending me the correct battery, they sent me a new collar receiver; even better.
They are always friendly and helpful if you have an issue.
It seems to be a good company. I am happy with my purchase and overall happy with the product despite the couple of hiccups.

Once the collar is set up (takes a few minutes) it’s a big time saver.

I love the easy snap closure which makes putting a collar on a squirming dog much easier. My only complaint is that the hardware for the clasp feels cheap.

This collar worked great for off leash training. I'm planning on buying one for each of my dogs.

Knowing the importance of rotating my dog's e-collarcollar, I wanted an option to simplify the task for all family members. The quick release buckle on this collar is perfect for fast and simple collar rotation/adjustments. I highly recommend this collar to anyone using an e-collar!

Along with proper training, this collar has been a dream for teaching recall and redirecting prey drive in our 2 year-old shepherd mix. Collar works well and arrived quickly.

This is has given me confidence in training my dogs, with little frustration for me.

These contact points work wonderfully on dogs with thick, long, double coated fur. It makes a HUGE difference and you can use significantly lower levels with these contact points because they get through all that thick fur and make perfect contact -- just what they're meant for!
