I have used my collar several times, it is easy to use and set up. I would have appreciated a call back from the seller when I called and left a message. The collar is very good.

We purchased this collar after much research online and thought this would help us with an aggressive 12 week old Rhodesian Ridgeback. Although this is a good tool, I do feel that we just needed clearer guidance to get us through this stage. We ended up taking her to a local trainer and she's doing amazingly! I will keep the ET-300 for the future as we want to teach her recall. But I believe a strong training foundation, i.e. who the pack leader is, etc. is key.

These collars are nice. They are sturdy and strong. Cutting to size is very easy.

We adopted a pitty pup and it became clear early on with our trainer that he was going to need an e-collar. Our friend had one of your collars, showed us how it worked, and then has worked with us with it as a training aide. Our dog was unable to be in the same vicinity of dogs and people and after one training session, is listening better and not reacting like a spazzed out ninny! We can't wait to see continued improvement and would recommend your ecollar to anyone with a breed that needs this type of training aide.

We have 2 small dogs, and this collar system works perfectly to stop barking, digging, jumping and other unwanted behavior. It's easy to turn on and off, and select the strength from the remote. Just wonderful. Thanks!

Great concept and it does have blunted tips so risk of the tips digging in and causing infection or pain is reduced. It disperses the electric current which eases my mind. Very happy with the adapters. And dogs don't object to their collars at all so that is a good sign.

Educator BN48TX - Replacement Battery
It's a new battery alright. You pretty much have to disassemble the unit to install the battery, but the instructions are well done. Took about 10 minutes total.

Great purchase, but I bought one for the 18 lb. Maltipoo and it is way too big. Love it on the Bernedoodle.
