We have had excellent results with our ecollar and with the customer service department.
I had my collar module quit and I called the service department— they were professional and sent me a new module and return label with paid shipping for the one not working. After this— I bought 4 more mini educators— one for each of my daughters and their dogs. 😊👍🏻

I’ve had many different e collars none have compared to this one from low shock to high your dog will respond to this my recent sport dog did nothing to my bull dog this one on 30 boosted to 50 is more then enough juice and it goes to 100 !! The light is a must have for night time breaks outside and the range is far better then any I’ve had wich is over 10

Educator EZ-900 Replacement Remote-1-4 Dogs
E-collar has helped my Labrador Retrievers advance from good dogs to great dogs. Ecollar helped with recall when faced with distractions, heel off lead, and improved their attentiveness to me. Taught one dog at a time then upgraded to three dog system. An excellent investment that makes off lead walking a pleasure.

Educator RX-070 Micro Receiver Collar
This collar was recommended by Zoey’s trainer several years back. This helps divert her attention unwanted behavior. She is a blue heeler that does not like any other dog. She wears it on every walk and it has helped immensely. She never leaves home without it!

Educator Li-Po Battery 3.7V 300 mAH - Replacement Battery
Customer service was so helpful on deciphering the correct battery for my collar. Order was placed and within a week the battery arrived. Battery arrived with instructions, and within 5 minutes my collar was back up and working correctly. When not out in the field I use the collar on property lines, my golden usually respects them however without the battery replacement if I needed it we would nit be able to make that correction. Thank You

Educator Li-Po-3.7V-400 mAH - Replacement Battery
I’ve gone through a lot of different types of electronic dog collars over the years but the mini educator is absolutely the best. It’s dependable, durable, completely waterproof and the company offers great support. I’ve broken my dogs’ habits of running deer with them. They’re literally life savers. Both my mixed breed dogs have them.

I love this collar with all the different training levels, I use the tone for most training, such as to stop barking or to come when my dog does not come after I call her twice. The shock worked great for breaking her of eating poop in the dog yard when nothing else worked.

Your educator collar has been used in two dogs for years. I only recently had to replace the batteries. Replacing took a little efford yet in a couple of hours I finally was ablle to dominate it. The unit is working perfectly, and I say the it will perform for many more years to come. Thanks

Educator Replacement Skins - EZ-900 and PE-900-Black
The skins are great. I’m in a wheelbarrow and I Velcro the transmitter to the chair and it takes some hits and still lasts a long time. For what was changed for shipping I felt like it should have been delivered in at least half the time. The product deserves 5 stars but I felt a little abused.

The Educator is a very humane way to train your dog. Using it as a correction too along with proper command has been very successful for me! As I always say train the trainer and the dog at the same time

We love the E collar for our GSPs. It keeps them safe, it allows them to be off leash to burn their endless energy with peace of mind for myself knowing all it takes is a quick buzz and they come running right back.
