We love that we can color coordinate the skins of the controllers and the collars for our fur babies. It makes it so much easier!! Great job!

I have a very reactive German shepherd that I have been struggling with a long time. With the help of my trainer, my dog learned a "heel" within 15 mins when we have been struggling to get him to walk beside me for YEARS. This has helped him hugely when passing people or driving in the car! We haven't had much exposure to other dogs yet; however, I feel more confident with this than any other device we have tried. Once you get the hang of it, it is very intuitive and easy to use. I love that we set it to their threshold, so you know it isn't too high. I wish I knew about this when I first adopted him! So far it has improved his behavior so much, I'm hopeful it will help with the dog reactivity as well!

Educator PG-300 Replacement Remote
It is very adjustable so it doesn't overwhelm. Unlike his 900 collar it doesn't have electrodes so it is much more comfortable. He has great recall using this. Good range too!

This e-collar is amazing! It has a learning curve and requires some muscle memory for the buttons but the options and freedom it gives us is worth it. It's more lightweight than Dogtra and I can communicate with both my dogs at the same time which makes dual walks more feasible now and off leash training a breeze. It also has a volume lock which was my pet peeve with Dogtra.

This is our 2nd educator collar. We absolutely recommend them. We have a Brittany and when he is very focused on something it will get his attention. Most of the time we only have to use the vibration setting to get his attention. The ET-300 fits comfortable in your hand and the buttons are conveniently located on the controller. Our dog wears the collar all day every day we take it off at night and charge it.
I do want to make note that people need to have the proper training before they put an electric collar on a dog.

I have a 6 year old toy poodle who has always been a nuisance barker. He also freaks out when anyone comes to the front door. The Educator BP-504 has almost completely eliminated the annoying barking and my dog is so much calmer and better behaved now!

I thought i was going to love it more. I put it exactly in the spot on his neck and made sure it was snug and am having an issue getting good contact unlike with my other collar. It seems like I either have great contact or none at all so I’m scared to use it and have him run off and not have control of him. To give note detail he is a Great Dane so he has short hair also.

I was kinda hesitant about buying this in the beginning because of the price was so expensive. But after using it on my dogs, it works every time.

Educator Li-Po-3.7V-400 mAH - Replacement Battery
I was so hoping getting the new batteries would help me with my dog and the collar. I had
detected it appeared my dog was not reacting to the remote like she originally did. I thought this may have been due to the batteries.
In receiving the new batteries I discovered they were both the same items but one was not
the battery I needed for the remote. This was upsetting as I had to wait the period of time
to receive them as they were coming from CA.
I have decided to keep the other identical one for the future but had to get another and
decided to go thru a local battery store for it
Perhaps you could look into shipping and make sure products are distributed correctly.

My dog barks a ton when we are gone and I had to find a solution. Our dog was already trained to wear ecollars and this product was the perfect solution! The controls are a little confusing and take a second to figure out. I recommend looking up a YouTube video, as it helped to have someone walk through it!

Having the right equipment matters. I have a Dutch shepherd and Malinois, both very high drive. I can use this system with 1 remote and 2 collars.
The team was so helpful helping me set up the remote - and took just 2-3 minutes to fully set up.
They are experts with their products. Highly recommend!
