Boxer boy, super smart but could not keep his focus on training. Attention span of a fruit fly and even though he would learn tricks quickly, it wouldn’t stick because he couldn’t get over how much more exciting everything else in life was instead of us trying to give a command. His trainers describe him as a kid in Disneyland, and he needs a poke for attention so he remembers we’re there too and that he has a job to do by listening and staying at our side. Ecollar training was the turning point and he gets so excited to put on his collar every morning!

Easy to use, if you have the foundational work done. amazing results both to clean up some obedience and to let them have more freedom to be a dog off leash.

Charger works great and is as described. Also is convenient that its dual for both collar and remote.

Although I am still trying to learn how to move through the different setting/modes efficiently, I love this collar. I’ve tried others and have been disappointed in the quality and reliability . The tutorials are really helpful.

I love the mini. It’s simple and the perfect fit for my dog. She has a short neck and this works perfectly.

Perfect for the mini I purchased. Fits well.

I went with the EZ-900 as I didn't like the round controller and did not like that the FOB didn't have a wheel to adjust levels.

This met all expectations, however there are a few things that just make this product not the best of the best.

1. Turning the remote and collar on and off is not ideal.
The remote - is irritating if you want to turn it on or off fast, because you have to hold the button for 2 seconds. Sometimes you want to pick it up, and just use it quick. If it just turned on when I rotated the level wheel it would be so much better!
The collar - It requires you to place (physically touch the controller to the collar) the controller on the underside of the collar to turn it on or off. Try doing that with it on your dog. Less than idea. Why couldn't it have been a button?

2. The level increase direction is opposite of what you would intuitively think. For example. volume up = Rotate Right, but this remote, if you want to level up, you rotate left. Also, the dial is very touchy. Want to land on level 10? You will hover 8-9 or 13-11 and really have to focus to hit 10. Ideally, the dial should be OFF to Full, with integrated switch and notches as rotates.

Other than those things, the collar is great.

We have 2 malinois, so I got the double pack and they work amazing! They are both around 1 year old, so their listening skills sometimes lack (due to selective hearing), especially with recall. This collar has been so good to us! I am recommending this brand to anyone interested!

Best multi dog system out there!

I like the belt clip but my only complaint is that the remote spins which causes it to obviously unscrew and fall off.

Great product!

Very helpful

The bungee collar is a great upgrade to more securely hold the training device in place without making it uncomfortable for our dog. I think this should be the standard collar that comes with the Educator trainer right out of the box and not an upgrade item.

My Rottie loves it and also now responds properly in tricky and difficult times for Him, such as 4 doe running through the yard, or maybe flying squirrels in the garage. He also stopped giving love bites to my kids! Thanks Educators for a great collar!

Fula is my service dog who was paired with me by Big Dog Ranch Rescue in their veterans center. She’s advanced to off-leash training after we used the Educator eCollar with a long lead. While Fula was excellent before; she is that much more sharp with her eCollar. I called pre-purchase support for an additional receiver and collar for every day and beach wear as well as comfort pads. I was glad that I did; because I had the wrong versions picked out. Outstanding products and support!!!

Have a set for my two dogs at several places where they get used. Easy interface and operation. Rarely use the stem, dogs respond to the buzz.

I have the pleasure of having two Australian shepherds, as my companions. This breed is wonderful, but they are working breed and want to go after anything moving, including plastic bags lol since wearing their educator collars, they walk calmly, and have been saved from running in the street, going after another dog, and pulling on the leash. I also use it to stop them barking on the patio. I happen to currently live in a condominium with the balcony that faces the street where many dogs are walked. They used to go out there and bark constantly until the dog had passed now with just the tap of the remote, they stop barking immediately and come back into the house. I feel using and wearing these colors helps my dogs. Stay calm and relaxed.

To date, the collar and receiver have performed well after only having used it for a few days. I have high expectations and our dog (a 1-year-old Spinone) appears to be responding admirably.
That said, I have never seen an owners manual with such poor quality of information. It is FULL of grammatical errors and appears to be an entirely poor translation from whatever language it started out at. It's embarrassing to see that an obviously poor manual made it past a proofreader. There are vague instructional sections that could be made more elegant if the pictorials included which button does what. I reference here the page marked 05 and 010 (These are not the only sections that run the reader to various other pages/sections to try and sort the information into usable instruction). These particular references could have been more effective had they been placed as facing pages to allow for a better understanding. I found myself reaching out to your customer service team (more than once) to try and wade through how to use this device. The first call came with a response to my frustration with the manual came from a customer service member who came right out and admitted that "we're re-doing this manual". I'm happy to discuss live if continuous improvement is a goal. This has been a very frustrating kickoff for this special training opportunity. This manual should be totally intuitive to the user. It's not, and I hope that your next go at it makes it a more friendly and instructional part of the user experience.

One of the best products we purchased for our dog! training him was super easy with it.

Have tried many other inexpensive collars before I resorted to the Educator, without a doubt the best e-collar out there if you're willing to spend the money. I have a high anxiety and stubborn dog that doesn't listen well, the tapping mode on this collar is all it takes for a recall. The battery is another story, it charges quickly which is a good thing but only lasts 48 hours which is why I only gave it four stars other than that it's great!
