Works great for high prey drive GSD. Transmitter is a little tricky and awkward for a small hand.

it was extremely easy to to change out the skin.

We recently got a professionally trained protection dog. He is 2 and came with the collar he had since he was a pup. I noticed the battery life was waning and decided to buy another one. It’s awesome, great product. Effective without hurting. I’ve tried it on my hand to know what my dog feels. Highly recommend!

I know a lot of people who use this collar and love it so i decided to invest in it. Overall it’s a great collar and I really like it. I like how easy it is to use and the manual is easy to understand. I like how the remote can be different colors as well. I really like how to change the intensity, takes a few steps which makes changing the intensity harder to do on accident. I don’t like how fast the collar dies. I have noticed it dies every other day and that is frustrating especially if I forget to plug it in and go to use the collar, and it doesn’t work. I also don’t like how to go from beep to vibrate is a step by step process. It would be nice if it was a click of a button but I will get to a point where it will become faster to switch between the 2. I have more positives on the collar than negatives and my biggest negative is the battery life. If the collar part didn’t die so fast, this would probably be the best collar in my opinion.

Bought this controller with finger controller upgrade as I put the controller in my pocket and when i need it, it often takes too long to retrieve it from my pocket. The convenience of having a commitment ring with my dog makes it so much faster to react to an adverse action and gain attention and correctiveness.

This is light years ahead of our old training collars, and it was stupid simple for anyone in our family to use with only like 30secs of training and most of that time was explaining what the dog has been trained to do for time/buzz/stimulation….
We are using it on an extremely hardheaded terrier who very much likes to do what he wants to do, but with this collar we are teaching him that a tone actually equals something he likes (we trained him to come on tone using his favorite peanut butter treats) so now if he is focused on chasing something in the yard, once he hears the tone he breaks off the chase and comes to us.
The only knock on this collar is the charging - it’s kinda annoying that the collar and controller use different charging connectors, it would be a mic drop if they both used USB C connectors to charge since we have plenty of those chargers and cords around the house.
In addition, I really like that this is made in the USA, I haven’t kids and I want them to be able to find good employment when they grow up and every company that makes stuff in the US helps ensure they will have jobs some day.

This is the only e collar brand I will use for my dogs. Well made and durable. Their customer service is very accommodating and speedy. My only complaint is the little screw for the plastic belt click on the controller comes unscrewed all the time and if too tight it will break the plastic clip, but otherwise so good

I bought a generic unit off of Amazon. MAJOR MISTAKE. Never again. I have bought 4 units over the past 5 years for myself and family. A++++, Tim

Very pleased with this collar. It is easy to use and this dog has responded to it beautifully. The transmitter fits in hands comfortably and buttons are easy to locate even with small hands. The receiver is good size to fit on dog and is comfortable for him to wear which keeps training fun as well as effective. So glad I made this purchase. Thanks for an excellent product!

My dog has behavioral issues & working with a behaviorist, he suggested the Mini Educator collar. I was reluctant, I had bought a collar with little change by my dog. This collar is a game changer. I had to be trained first, so then Tilly could be trained. We both have vast improvement. Her behavior is so much better. I rarely have to use the shock anymore. Just wearing the collar has improved her behavior. I lock it at 8 so she can’t get over shocked by it. I tried it on my leg first to see what she would feel and what my top level would be. When her hair grows longer I turn it up to 9. The collar is a fine tuned instrument , that works exactly as they say it will. My other collar was not. Mini Educator may be expensive but worth every dollar for my Tilly.

I have foundf riendly support from the phone number.I like that you can replace one item inthe set,if needed.Made in USA,so easier to contact.I have bought 2-3 other cheaper models and found them to being almost impossible to contact them when things go wrong.

Ordered a replacement collar. Never knew they came in great colors! And! It has a small elastic built in for your dogs protection! LOVE IT!

Revived quickly, I am learning to manipulate and buttons are asking a good memory. Desapointed that the clicker training was not in the box.
