I love this collar.

Our Lab barks at the wind blowing by the front door….that was until we got this collar! We have collars for both our labs but this is for when we aren’t out on a walk to stop the nuisance barking especially when delivery comes to our door! It started working the second time he barked and what a difference! Cannot say enough about how great this works!

I received my collar within 3 days. The website cart page was glitchy, but once I was through that, the process was smooth. So far, the collar is working very well for my dog.

This is my third Educator Collar, and they have all been excellent, and this one is not different. With that said, for $400 there SHOULD be a single on/off switch, a single recharging port, and the entire system should be able to be charged similtaneously. As it is now, I have to use an existing charger since it requires THREE charging ports, and they only provide you with two chargers. Obviously, this is a Mickey Mouse setup where there merely added another shocking device to single shooting device collar. I guess it better than having no double system at all, but still, cheesy.

As for its operation once you have everything charged. It's excellent. The Boss controller is very good. I always run C mode for Continuous. If you just depress the button and release it gives the same as Momentary. I'm not really sure what for Momentary really is? Is some that dysfunctional that they don't know how to push and release? Anyway. I setup the boost for 60 and run standard correction at 40. I love the ability to lock the level so it won't get changed in my pocket. I use the Vibrate for "Let's Go", so when he's running in the woods I can "encourage" him to return to me without him being able to hear me. Then if he doesn't respond, I go to the working level and then boost. It teaches that to really be sensitive to lower settings when they learn there's a progression.

They collars I bought to keep our two dogs contained within our electric fence do so beautifully. No issues for the last month of having them and they work great!

So I never noticed the difference until my dog trainer pointed it out. I called the factory about it and I was assured it's the same thing just different color. Regardless it's still not what I ordered.
Other than that I seems to work as intended. The charging port covers are not as waterproof as I'd hoped sometimes when I open them up after some water activity I have to let them sit open in front of a fan or something to ensure everything is dry before I can plug them in.

Other than that seems to work okay.

this collar has helped us with our new rescue dog he is learning all the right commands it is small enough to handle but strong when needed we love it hopefully won't need it too long but i would recommend it to all my animal friends

The staff is incredibly helpful and supported me when I initially was learning they got me through it as well ! Excellent product and staff.

Worth every penny, So much easier than fumbling with the remote during training sessions.

This collar is so easy to put on and take off. You fit it the first time so after that you you just click it on. I’m getting one for my first dog as well.

Love the quick snap release. Worth the money.

After trying two other collars I finally ordered the Educator. My Boykin ignored the “reminders” on a lower setting. He does respond now. Cons: unable to use audible alert and vibrate mode. Must choose. Bulky.

We love the new red collar and new orange skins and so does Oscar!!

Good lanyard but sometimes the clip gets old and bends eventually, but overall solid.

I have only had it a couple of weeks, but so far, so good. I am really impressed with what I have seen so far. I used it on myself first and had to get to 7 to even feel it and, as someone who has used TENS units for YEARS, it truly feels like a TENS unit. My dog is listening better and really getting the hang of it. We are still working on reliable recall, but I don't expect it to be a magic pill, so we are putting in the work daily. I am still also learning about the unit, but know the basics for now and can learn the rest.

Had a 6 mo old golden retriever puppy that was so excitable and would not mind (imagine that). Worked with a trainer using slip lead, prong training collar, then to the ecollar. Best training tool I have ever used effective and essential without being inhuman what so ever.

Dog collar is live again. Replacement battery was same as old one and it was easy to replace it.

Simple….it’s what I needed

I snagged this remote as an upgrade for the remote that came with his receiver initially. This one has more options and better programming sets. So far, no issues with the remote itself. The only issue is that it didn’t include the lanyard or the charger, so buyer beware. You’ll need to have those. I love the fact that it has just a vibrate function or a beep function instead of combined. All in all, great option.
