When I received my Educator mini, everything was nicely packaged and they turned on but I couldn’t get the collar to work properly. I called the company and a very nice, patient and knowledgable woman helped me pair it properly and ended the call with everything working perfectly! my daughter has one for her dog and it works beautifully. never need to do anything other than a short vibrate to get either dog’s attention when distracted. Now that we both have one, both dogs will be safe when working outside of the fenced in areas.

We got our dog as a adult rescue with bad behaviors already in motion. My niece has had lots of success with her two dogs and the collar, so I purchased one. Our sweet girl is stubborn and very hard to use this collar successfully with. I started on 7 to which she first noticed the tingling but she still won't cease from doing the things we are trying to break her of. I finally got to the high 20s which she was starting to walk funny but STILL not ceasing from the thing we want her to stop. i am afraid of causing some kind of brain issue with her since it does affect her walking so i stopped and figured I give it a few more trys before trying to sell the collar. Would be nice if the collars were available to rent since I don't believe they work for all dogs. We actually started a reward with treats system and that is working much better.

The collar and remote wby work perfectly. Collars is great build and quality, the remote is very ergonomic and easy to use but unfortunately the 2 piece plastic body of the remote are not Locke ito place well so the move slightly and squeak every time I push a button. It may just be my unit I’m not sure.

My wife and I have two dogs and we use 1 remote for both dogs. I bought this collar thinking my wife and I can have two remotes and train both dogs simultaneously. Nope not so much, you will need to buy two remotes cloned the same way. Bummed that it won’t work the way we intended for them to work

This is a wonderful product. Over the years I have been gifted other cheaper e-collars and they all eventually broke or weren't good enough, o finally decide to get one of these. I have a 6 year old Husky and she definitely loves to chase critters, with this she can be completely off leash and I can call her to me easily. I would certainly use this with any other dog (thats big enough) for training. currently I only have one dog but will be purchasing more in the future

I have a German shepherd husky mix and when we go hiking sometimes gets distracted chasing deer. Had to turn the mini up to 100 and still wouldn't turn her around. She responds to this device much better and if she gets to running I have comfort knowing I have a good but of distance the boss reaches.

I gave this 3 starts because it it hard to use. I put it on level 1 and my dog still barks but if I go to the next level and she barks when she barks she yelps like it is really hurting her. I love that it is not a shock but I wish it had an in between.

I have seen this product work wonders on other dogs, but my dog didn’t react positively to the correction. She responds better to the vibrate options in her previous collar. I wanted this collar to work, but it just wasn’t for us specifically. I wish it had more options under the vibrate mode.
