Very pleased with my experience. I ordered a replacement collar and it was the wrong size. did an online chat with Educator and found out how to get a refund and ordered the correct size. I would highly reccommend Educator Collars, they work great.

This was my first bungee collar and it is amazing all my dogs have one

This clip allows me to place it in a magnetic surface if I need my hands free or storing when I’m training. Wonderful addition

I use the educator for all my dogs it is the best training tool around.

I love the bungee collar all my dogs have them, Ozy finally received his. The bungee makes much more comfortable and easy to regulate the how snug the snug the collar needs to be.

Really nice people. Very helpful. I had a problem with the receiver on my collar and it was replaced with no problem. The collar works great too. I have a rough coat Saint Bernard and it is very difficult to get the contact points through his thick coat. I ordered the contact points for thick coats, and it is working a little better. I'm thinking of ordering the longer points. I think they may work better for him.

I'm so glad that I chose The Educator ecollar! I was using a different brand of ecollar but I wasn't getting the results that I wanted training wise for my 2 young Rottweilers. The Educator is easy to set-up and is very well made. My dogs have a better understanding of what I ask of them. They will be off leashed trained very soon thanks to this ecollar!

Great product

My dog loves his new freedom of running off leash. He has a whole new life now that he has been trained with this amazing tool. I was nervous to use it at first but was happily surprised at how easy it was to train him. The customer service was excellent when I lost the collar and just needed to replace it and not the whole unit.

everything is great about this product except the collar battery life. it drains pretty fast, even on stand by

This product is by far the best one I have found. It has a much broader range of stim intensity, which is critical for good training. I lost the transmitter on a hike and was able to go on and order a replacement. Despite looking up the manual, I couldn't quite figure out how to connect the collars to the new transmitter. I called customer support and they were incredibly patient and helpful. Love this product and love the company.

These collars are so easy to use! Great quality too.

Love our new skin for our educator collar!

Our rescue dog came with the strongest prey drive I have ever seen. Total fixation. We couldn’t use the e-collar until his depression eased & he learned to trust. That first year, he attacked 4 animals in our neighbourhood: chased horses (kick in the head did not deter); chased & took goats to the ground (so much fun for him); found a chicken that wandered into the forest from an unfenced back yard & stripped most of its feathers off (again fun toy in his mind), then found a feral cat and grabbed it in his mouth (cat clawing his face & me beating on his head to get him to let it go did not deter). He would rip the leash out of my hand until I learned to wrap the leash around my waist. I did many face plants as he took me to the ground trying to get at something as I only outweigh him by 40 pounds. It took a year of patient training with the e-collar to get control of that prey drive. Positive reinforcement alone does not work with severe cases, period. We tried and were consistent with that method. No redirect is possible with that level of fixation. He did not know we were there when that fixation hit. Luckily he never bit any of those animals so we knew there was hope for getting through to him. He just had so much fun chasing & catching but that bite would eventually follow if not controlled. I spent a winter snowshoeing past the neighbour’s goats, leash around my waist, treats handy, e-collar ready to break that fixation. We practiced staring at goats calmly. I could not turn him away from the goats to leave without the e-collar. Slow process but I finally got there. He finally got bored staring at goats. It took a lot of work to break that drive and we could not have succeeded without that e-collar backing up the other training methods. He can now be walked off leash and if he sees a deer, all I have to do is say No and his attention turns to something else.

Unfortunately this was not strong enough for our Deaf Dog (Aussie/Bernese Mtn/GreatPyrenees), we needed to return for the shock collar.

Great customer service, help with using the product, and the product has many settings to allow our deaf dog to watch for commands.

The ET-300 is simple to set up and easy to use. It works great for my two yellow labs.

The menu and display need to be updated. The clunky system is tricky to work with two dogs. Switching back and forth in the settings is very frustrating. There should be an easy way to go from a light to a high setting with a switch of a button for extreme commands.

This is great with the pink collar that we got along with. Looks very good on our girl!

We had one collar for our first dog, and we needed it for the second dog. Now we feel secured with the product!
