Product is excellent. Easy to use. Placement of buttons could be better. But thats my feeling. Not any problem with product. I would recommend this 100 %

The best training tool ever!

Works great for my small dog, but can be intermittent on my GSD. This may be fixed by getting the wing contact points, but I have not yet tried. I've also noticed that the receivers turn off occasionally, which can lead to problems if I don't realize that and then try to take my dogs out for training.

Excellent training tool. Our pup responded in such a positive way. She actually loves the collar. Gets excited every morning when she sees it and put it on her. Please but the comfort pads and also the bungee collar which make this the absolute best.

The black storage box arrived broken which was disappointing but the collars and remote are in great condition and stood up to mud, sand, salt water, and general wear very well so far. I expected to receive a bit more of a manual and training tips, but perhaps that was my misunderstanding. Overall I think it is a great product and would recommend to others.

We liked the quality and ease of use, though was really shown how to use it by another who used this product before us. Wish it had an easier way to clip on though, kind of a big negative for me. Battery life is okay I have to recharge about every other day.

The collars are easy to use and have helped me have a sense of freedom with my dog. She can go so many places now that we couldn't bring her to before.

So far so good! I just received it so we are still training. I am going to order some winged contact points as well as even the long contact point provided didn't quite work with my GSD mix. I am quite optimistic of the results with the new points. Great product, and way easier to use than I anticipated!

This is an excellent tool for training. It’s range is great as while as it’s features. I’ve only been using it less than a month, so I can’t comment on longevity ; but differnantly would recommend it. It’s does require respect for the device and your pet so you don’t cause harm.

I bought the educator for my 4 year old 80 pound English Labrador intact male. I am a trainer and used a slip lead and then a prong collar over his life. Was able to extinguish out of control reactivity to leaves, birds, squirrels, pple, dogs, cats, tv animals and sounds, holiday decorations, bags floating in the wind, shadows, reflections anything that moves (a bit of an exaggeration) with teaching basic obedience and quiet command with lots of rewards and treats and lots of yard time on leash for control. But he is still highly focused away from me in high stimulus situations(high stimulus is different from one dog to another). I wanted another way to gain his attention in such situations besides a pop on the prong collar. And the prong collar mattered not at all to him in these high stimulus situations. Additionally he will eat any manor of items given the chance. In the house this behavior no longer happens again due to diligent years of training and because the interior of the house can be controlled much more readily. but out in the yard not so easy when his arousal is up to get a sooooo fun stick away from him depending on how fun the stick is compared to the command reward. We recently moved and had an iron fence put in so he is able to see everything that might stimulate him, the yard is huge with much leaf, stick, pebble, and rock debris, and our neighbor has a puppy right on the other side of the fence Boss was going to react too, and there were specific houses with untrained barking and free roaming dogs. So we moved into a highly stimulating environment for Boss. I needed a way to get his attention that was immediate and positive. I had not used e collars before but for Boss I was willing to try. I wanted to be able to communicate with him through his reactivity. I ordered the educator after much research and researched using it, practiced and practiced, and tested the level he initially noticed the buzz (also tested it on myself) and put together a protocol (always changing by the way to address Boss' needs) for using the educator with Boss. To be clear he was well trained before using the educator. Consistently out and about pple would marvel about his obedience. He could walk backwards up stairs (super motivated with food and eager for training but still highly inconsistently reactive). so at the beginning with the educator, In our fenced backyard I trained him with recall COME and LEAVE IT (commands he already knew well) only at first so he learned he had total control to turn off the buzz by beginning the behavior I was commanding. He also had a long lead on at the beginning of this training. He learned very quickly and seemed to so enjoy completing the commands for reward. The buzz got his attention and pivoted his attention from the stick or mud or tiny frog in the yard to me and the promise of a food reward. I was so pleased with the success. Over weeks I learned what level of buzz works in what situation and am still learning. His ability to focus on stimuli (even a smell on a walk can illicit an amazing amount of focus) and his continued tendency to become reactive especially in situations he is already aroused will make it necessary for me to constantly adjust the levels of the educator. I like how we work as a team Boss and me. I am able to get his attention across our huge yard and he comes running to me like it is the most fun in the world to drop a tree branch and get a treat from me. It also makes him stop wrestling with our other 80 pound lab when Boss' arousal is getting too high. Boss will pivot from on the verge of being out of control to giving me his eyes and completing the command I have given him. he gets so much praise and reward that he LOVES seeing the educator because it means lots of walking in the neighborhood fun and lots of yard fun. He no longer has a lead of any length on in the yard and he no longer wears a prong collar on walks (but yes always on a leash on walks). I enjoy communicating with him in a much more positive way, no more popping or pulling with the prong collar and no more admonishments. The e collar does the tapping and gets his attention. Boss has so much more yard freedom then he ever has had before. This is not magic but a great tool to be used with good training already established to help a dog be the best they can be. It is not a punishment but a wonderful way to have an ongoing conversation with my dog even when he is 200 feet away in the yard or myopically focused on a turtle crossing the street or on an untrained neighborhood dog reacting to him on our walks.

This E collar has given my dog his freedom back! He responds so well to it. At first he couldn’t distinguish that the shock was administered by a person but after he figured it out he looks forward to putting it on…. Which means NO LEASH!

Feels like I have an entirely new dog. No more running off after squirrels and rabbits, no more endless barking or whining, she can be completely off leash with no problem. Best purchase I've ever made for my dog!

Works like a charm but parts rust and it corrode quickly. I have purchased several because the charging ports don’t hold up to water. If you have a dog who loves to swim, beware. D rings on latest purchase (the parts that hold the collar end in place) are rusting after 6 weeks. Otherwise, this collar is fabulous for keeping my dog close to me on walks - couldn’t live without it!

This collar is great. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and the other non hypo-allergenic contact points were too long and left an irritation on his neck. The new ones are perfect and does not irritate him at all. I also love the quick release collar.

my Husky walk of leash like a king I go everywhere with my dog and people stop me to ask where im taking my dog for training and when I tell that Im training my self with my educator UPLAND and with less then 2 weeks both of my Huskys were of leash its hard to believe but I swear that is the truth a Big Shout Out to SHIELD K9 channel on YouTube I learn everything I know with them
