We love our mini educator! When used properly it is a great tool to use to communicate with your dog and provide a conduit for a great relationship!

I've been training Dogs for over 50 yrs in all facets and have never came across a training tool such as the Educator ET-300 Mini that works so EFFECTIVELY. I also use and recommend a pinch collar. Both VERY EFFECTIVE training tools. I highly recommend this product in conjunction with a Certifies Dog Trainer.

I live this e-collar system.

It would be nice to just switch remote to Dog 1 or 2 and then be able to tone or give correction without having to toggle through at least 3 settings sometimes. But other than this awesome collars.

I used sport dog 425x to e-train my two small dogs (9 lbs and 10.5 lbs). Although the SD 425x is approved for dogs 8 lbs and over, I felt the receiver was too bulky and the stimulation range too limited.

1) the receiver is much better suited for smaller dogs (obviously). If your dog is less than 10 lbs, the micro educator is the way to go.

2) going rom the SD transmitter to the mini educator has been challenging. I prefer the design of the SD transmitter because the I can feel the difference between the two main buttons (one is raised slightly). I don’t have to look at the SD to know what button I need. I’m sure I’ll get used to the educator but differentiating the buttons would help a lot.

3) the dial (intensity) is easy to turn but you have to LOOK at it because you can’t tell if and how many levels you’ve adjusted. A slight ‘click’ with intensity would be a great feature to add.

4) love that the units turn on without making a sound. On the SD model, the unit beeps when turned on. My dogs would get super excited anytime they heard it.

5) the wide range of intensity levels is A-maz-ing. On the SD model, a 2 was too intense but 1 sometimes wasn’t enough. On the micro educator, my dogs operate on a 3 or 5. Just Enough to get their attention.

Easier an quicker to use. The bungee gives your K9 a little more give when turning there heads. If I had to pick a different bungee collar, I'd have picked the full bungee drawl string collar.

Fast shipping on a great product!

Lollipop enjoys the freedom the mini educator gives her. I find comfort in knowing she is as safe as can be. Lollipop is a service sog for my 13yr old daughter, and needs some off duty down time.

This collar has been great for my 100 pound Doberman! Great tool when you know how to use it correctly

I have a 6 m o standard schnauzer that wouldn't leave things alone in the house and would not come when called. I bought the et400 mini educator. After just 2 days he learned the leave it command and 4 day a solid come when off leash. Quality is great and I bought the comfort pad for long hair and have had no issues with loss of contact. This product ,you might say, changed my dog over night.
