Purchase the mini e-collar. Excellent Love the vibrate feature. Easy to adjust the intensity of the shock from one to 100. Usually set it about 30 border collie. You can easily increase the shock by hitting the red button if dog doesn't respond.
Rarely have to use the shock She listens great with the vibrate. She learned to heal sit stay & come, drop it and leave it. Very effective way to train a puppy. She's 8 months old and have used it for about 5 weeks.

Works well, dog is very responsive but not overly reacting to the stim. Time between button press and actual stim on the collar is nearly instantaneous. It's one of the most recommended e-collars on the market for a reason. Price is a little high for what it is but it's worth it for my pup. I have charged it once in like 2 months, the battery is insane.

With the use of the Mini Educator and our trainer, within 2 weeks our dog no longer runs off of our property to chase cars. He no longer jumps on people coming to our house and listens very well. I LOVE these bungee clasp collars. I always tell my clients to use them -- then they get them -- and they LOVE them. I was very happy to find the smaller collar -- it fits my 17 lb dog great. Unfortunately, it didn't fit an 11 lb dog that I'm working with, but that is not a slight on this product -- it just didn't end up being the right size is all. I bought several extras of both the small and the regular size bungee clasp collars to have on hand any time I'm doing an e collar board & train -- no one has time to size up several collars and two of my four personal dogs are on e.
