Thanks for the feedback, Shelley! I just had a peek at your order and you placed your order on the 28th of December and we shipped it on January 6th (some of the items had to be ordered in). From there, it looks like Canada Post took some time to get it to you as it arrived only on the 19th. Canada Post was struggling to keep up with the demand over the holidays, but normally, you should've had that package sooner. We apologize for it taking so long!

Items didn't arrive super quickly but I don't think that's their fault. Canada Post isn't always the most timely. Otherwise products are great and do what they're supposed to. I'm happy to support a Canadian business.

I had a quick peek at your order. You ordered on Christmas day and we had it at the post office on the 27th. For some reason the first scan was on the 30th and then it took 2 weeks for it to reach you! Canada Post was struggling to keep up with the demand around the holidays. Even though you're in a rural area, they should be able to deliver well within those 2 weeks. We're sorry it took long, but we're happy it arrived in one piece! Happy cleaning!

Great site! lots to chose from too! The only thing I'd like to see is an option to show "in stock" only items that works. When looking at general inventory of records "All", I couldn't figure it out... Would save some time but love it overall and especially all the easy payment options.
