Hi Leah. The email you received is an automated message that gets sent 2 weeks after we fulfil the order. Normally, Canada Post would deliver the parcel to you, no problem but during the holiday rush, they're very behind in deliveries. So, please stay tuned for delivery updates!

I haven’t received my order yet, Canada Post indicated it was received for distribution in Saskatchewan but, I can’t get an update, now the site is not giving a receive by date, it shows pending. Please help if you can!

Great customer service! When one of my selections wasn't shipped (to FM by the supplier) in a timely manner, FM didn't impose a solution on me, but asked me what I would prefer. When I found an alternate record in stock that I wanted, they dropped the price, to match the one that wasn't available.

paid for expedited parcel shipping and item still has not arrived and unsure of its location. Canada Post says label not done. Appears that Canada Post is at fault and Funky moose has contacted Canada Post and opened a ticket to locate missing parcel, which is appreciated

Hi Diane. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your parcel. I'm not sure where you get the information that the label wasn't done, but we created the shipping label 2 hours after you placed your order and it was in the mail the day after. The parcel is definitely on its way but according to the tracking, it's stuck in Richmond, BC.
I'm going to send you an email with some information and we'll create a ticket with Canada Post on your behalf to locate the parcel to see if they can get a move on. Unfortunately, Canada Post is overwhelmed with parcels this year and is having trouble delivering on time. I think that's where your frustration comes from. You'll receive an email from us in the next few minutes!
