Was a bit painful application process requiring many references and salary and tax information. I had to use this company as community college not covered by other private loan companies. As a comparison, I got 10x as much money the previous semester for two students from another company without any of the supporting references or documentation or aggravation, just off income information. Customer Service was helpful during the process and we did get the loan so is appreciated. It just was not an easy process for so little money especially.

Application process was relatively simple. We were able to call when we had questions and talk to a real live person who was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was even the same person both times we called! Seems like a small thing but this alone was a huge plus in this day and age where everything is automated and you have to jump through a million hoops to talk to a real person!

I find it inconvenient when I the lender needs input from me and because I have an existing account with the lender I have to jump through hoops to reset my credentials multiple times before completing all of the lender requirements.
