I’ve had a great experience applying for loans with Granite Edvance, and have received great rates as an NH resident. My only complaint is with the servicer Granite Edvance works with, Firstmark Services, as their customer service takes ages to respond to recurring issues regarding my loans. As for Granite Edvance, however, I’ve had no issues and customer service has been great throughout my time working with them.

The process was fairly quick and easy to understand, and support was provided in a timely manner whenever I had questions. The website was also easy to navigate. One improvement I would suggest would be making it clear what the requirements for documentation are. I submitted my loan documentation based on the example provided, but then was informed it needed additional information that was not in the example.
