The process was fairly quick and easy to understand, and support was provided in a timely manner whenever I had questions. The website was also easy to navigate. One improvement I would suggest would be making it clear what the requirements for documentation are. I submitted my loan documentation based on the example provided, but then was informed it needed additional information that was not in the example.

I recently consolidated my loans through Granite Edvance and while the process was very time consuming, it was relatively easy and they have a great customer service team that is there to help you throughout the process. The entire process took about 2 months with a lot of back and forth but it was well worth it to have a loan with a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment. Very glad I went through with it!!

The process was tedious and at times confusing but my questions were answered quickly. It would be helpful if the borrower got the emails pertaining to them and the co-signer got the ones pertaining to them instead of both parties getting all emails. That made the process more challenging. I appreciated the customer service.
