Everyone in your company I’ve dealt with has been extremely accommodating and very helpful!! unfortunately there was a mistake made on the date of my son’s second year with you for his loan, which made a very bad situation for him, trying to pay bills and live properly on campus and it was absolutely not his fault your company admitted to their fault of the wrong dates being entered, which had to be fixed. They were extremely accommodating and made the changes, but still didn’t change the fact that it hurt him significantly and it was not his fault, but I just want to put out the positive saying that all of your employees were excellent in trying to resolve this as quickly as possible and very accommodating, which will keep us staying with you for the next few years that he is going to be in college.
