The process was tedious and at times confusing but my questions were answered quickly. It would be helpful if the borrower got the emails pertaining to them and the co-signer got the ones pertaining to them instead of both parties getting all emails. That made the process more challenging. I appreciated the customer service.

Overall, it was a smooth, fast and straight-forward process. I would recommend to another who wanted to consolidate their loans. My only complaint, was that my interest rate was slightly higher than the rate I agreed upon when I submitted by paperwork and there was no explanation as to why.

The process of applying for the loan was easy and relatively fast compared to other loan experiences that I have had. There was a user-friendly portal which shows you the steps that have been completed and the ones that still need to be taken. Co-signors can see the steps that the student still needs to take as well.
