The process to get my loan approved and disbursed was very easy. The times I called to the customer service, they were very helpful. They helped me overcome some personal difficulties that I was having trying to collect all the required documentation.
I will highly recommend working with EDvestinU

Everything went very smoothly, and I never felt like I didn’t not know what was going on. I also received a phone call explaining everything once my loan was dispersed which was also very nice.

In the end everything has worked out nicely. The only real hiccup involved asking for a recent paystub for normal pay versus variable pay. This slowed the process, but was ultimately communicated and overcome.

I attempted to assist my son with refinancing his student loans with 3 different companies prior to contacting EDvest. I so wish I had contacted you first. Simple process, and the questions I did have were answered quickly and professionally. Great experience.

Very easy and simple to do. Only con is that the steps weren’t guided very clearly. There were several times where I was left waiting between steps and wasn’t sure if there was something I was supposed to be doing. Customer service was very nice every time I reached out.
