My experience of the EDvestinU student loan process was good in that it had a lot of good communication. I started the process not knowing that in the qualification process I had chosen an address for which I had no identification to confirm with. After going through the verification process I realized that I would have to completely redo the qualification and application process which was a daunting task. However, helpful customer service agents, specifically one named Nancy, really made the process manageable and seemed very invested in making sure that the consolidation went off without a hitch.
