Edvestinu has been our loan service provider for the past 1.5 years. They have always been responsive to inquiries and have processed the loans when promised. My complaint is with Credible and how they did not give accurate information when I applied for the loan. My recommendation is to apply directly with Edvestinu and skip the 3rd party. BTW - Edvestinu always has the lowest interest rates compared to other loan servicers.

They were one of the few that also gave .05% percentage decrease incentive for paying interest while in school and .05% decrease incentive if the payments are put on automatic pay.
