I think it would be helpful to link resources on how to start paying for private loans even before they are due•I’ve had an excellent experience talking with costumer service over the phone! However, asking questions by email has been inconsistent and I either get an email back way later than expected or I have to resend an email after not receiving a response at all. Other than that, the process for applying is straightforward and user friendly!

Rate was good, but processing of the loan process took forever. Online said we had submitted everything, On the last day to processes that paperwork, requested something else and the last day again something else. Continually requesting more items, which if asked we could have submitted on day 1
