The process was very easy. Only one thing that could be improved upon was the timing of loan processing. For example, I was down to a time crunch because the process took so long. Each Step that was done would take time waiting for next process to receive notification. The notification seemed to be the delay... for instance, I would upload a document and then it would take overnight for computer systems to process, wait for current personal to do what they needed and then another day waiting for computers to process. I feel that watching my older cousins who had to do same process before - only paper/fax and mail, it went more quickly.
