Lots of checking and rechecking but all in all a smooth process. My daughter really needed the money to cover personal expenses.. great options and good rates.

Ultimately the process worked but the online application and documentation process was frustrating. It could definitely be improved. I work online all the time. I work in commercial real estate with dozens of lenders so I am not inexperienced with respect to this type of process but I found this particular process was not always intuitive and some things just didn't work properly. Unfortunately too much time has lapsed for me to provide the specific details but I do recall some frustration.

I feel very fortunate to have come across EDvestinU as an option for taking out my student loans. The process was very thorough, which I appreciate, so I knew they were really looking into my case and figuring out the best option based on my credit, unlike everywhere else who charges an arm and a leg regardless. It was still a quick process and customer service was very helpful with all of my questions. I would recommend to everyone, and wish I could get the word out!

You've made the process smooth, I appreciate the help along the way. When I needed someone to talk to, your folks were readily available, professional and friendly. And you have some of the better rates around.

The online application for uploading the needed info didn’t work. We had to submit it over and over again. We also didn’t get a confirmation right away. I had to call to get the loan confirmation. But, the person on the phone was very helpful and did apologize that they were having software issues. He did email the confirmation to send to the university
